A novice player next to me asked the dealer how does that bet work ? He was asking about my don't come with odds. Dealer says "It's just wasting time.". I asked him if it's a waste of time then what is the best bet on the craps table. He of course says Pass line with odds. I laughed and said, what is the difference, it's the same house edge. He said since I had to put up more money in odds than I received it was not "free odds". I explained that I'm a 2-1 fav on the 4 and get paid 1-2 and on the pass line I'm a 2-1 loser and get paid double. Same exact thing. He shook his head.
Good one! I hope you keep going with the don't position. Break down the game. You're at an advantage when a point is made, so you can lay odds accordingly.
Wow What a great run of dice for your POINT today... We all have seen the dice make your day harder to show your POINT in your videos... Great video!! Yes I would love for you to show all the tool box stuff on this New felt..I personally think if we can all Master the box, We would almost never lose....
Here is a interesting hedging strategy I would like your thoughts on. 3x4x5 times table $10 min Do a $10 don’t to establish a point. Win or loose keep going tell you get a point. Whatever the point, lay Max odd (6x flat =$60). (The thought is, it is less likely to have a repeat number so the don’t odds should be relatively safe for a few rolls). Total hedge coverage including flat 4/10=40 5/9=50 6/8=60 Do a full coverage don’t come. If 11 do again, 7 start over, 2/3 take odds down, if established take down lay odds If either don’t point hit do a same bet with coverage. If point is hit when don’t pass odds are up, you now have a large dont on that number. You can now do any strategy you would like. You could ignore the smaller don’t or just place it for slightly more to keep it the same as your other bets.
I played the other night in Ocean City Maryland on a $10 table with a $250 bank roll. Just playing the 6/8 or the 5/9, I was able to play for a couple hours and left $24 down. Money management and sticking to whatever strategy you're playing, is the key to any success in this game... and yes, playing for 2 hours and losing only $24 is a success compared to previous years and game play.
I can only do this when I go to Vegas, since the casino craps dealers in Wendover don't let you bet both the Don't and the Place bets at the same time.
As always great content. I like the idea of a todays view of the tool box videos. I am interested in hearing your take on the lay bets. Do you think it would slow down the game too much if you do strange amounts on the lays. For example a lay 78 on the 5/9 would pay 48 or 49 after vig, but the dealers would have to figure that out. Would it be better to just stick to the $30 increments but miss out on the rounding of the vig and or not cover the whole amount you want to hedge?
Excellent video. Betting with the casino makes alot of sense to me. Personally I wouldn't move an $18/8 place bet, a $21 win, to a don't odds position that would only win $15. Other than that all your moves were very logical.
When you placed the bet on "5" ... you should place the field bet.. "5" will cover for the field bet .. field bet cover all crap numbers and yo (2,3, 11 and 12) plus double win on 4,9 and 10...
Yep! It goes that way a good percentage of the time. It can go really bad when you progress on the DPass. Thor's hammer gets ya. Nevertheless, when in a DP progression, the sparks can fly in your favor.
on your second round, you had the 3, collected and set the six at 90. My first instinct was to turn it on. Bang, 105 on the come out 6. As always, it might go the other way for a 190 loss. Amazing game, right Wage?
This system looks great until the table hits the points like crazy and not the other numbers- I have been there many times and lost a lot on come out roll - so you should hop the 7
Yes Wager , Always says adjustments are the key. He doesn't like hops.. But we all have to do what makes us Comfortable...Never set it and Forget it>>>>>
That’s when you make adjustments. If you get hit twice on the don’t then stay on the light side. The light side usually has only one good run then it is back to the dark. This game will kill you on both sides if you don’t adjust your game play. In fact, you make mor money using the don’t and shooter is making the point as long as it doesn’t come right away. If the shooter rolls 20 times before making the point then you take it in big time. This is the only strategy that allows you to stay at the table long enough to earn tier credits!!!
Halfway through this video. You talk too damn much. My 6,7,8, darkside is not played but by a few. Researched for over a year and the Wizard of Oz computer program helped alot. Bubble machines were great.😮

And this is why I love the way you play!!! Thanks a lot!!!
I really like hybrid strategies. Thanks for sharing Jacob 👍
I still liked the old videos just seeing different strategies whether you played them or not and seeing how sometimes they you'd just blast off
Crash! I can just imagine the box man holding his head in his hands LOL

Great points, not many talk about expectations like you do. Going for the giant score is not profitable very often.
Loved this video and your approach.
When you got to the point late and decided to let the field fall, what I do is get a five dollar horn high yo
You have opened my eyes, betting don't. I have more winning sessions than losing. Thanks Jacob
Here is a interesting hedging strategy I would like your thoughts on.
3x4x5 times table $10 min
Do a $10 don’t to establish a point.
Win or loose keep going tell you get a point.
Whatever the point, lay Max odd (6x flat =$60). (The thought is, it is less likely to have a repeat number so the don’t odds should be relatively safe for a few rolls).
Total hedge coverage including flat
4/10=40 5/9=50 6/8=60
Do a full coverage don’t come.
If 11 do again, 7 start over, 2/3 take odds down, if established take down lay odds
If either don’t point hit do a same bet with coverage.
If point is hit when don’t pass odds are up, you now have a large dont on that number.
You can now do any strategy you would like. You could ignore the smaller don’t or just place it for slightly more to keep it the same as your other bets.

Bring a friend to make Place bets.
Thank you! 🙏🏿❤️
Six 9's on that shooter. Fantastic!
3-1 4. AZ's "We have an opportunity".
Hey do you think you can review and play through the Weezy strategy? Casino Quest put it out there but I like the was you explain the pros and cons.
I don’t like playing the don’t live but I always play it on draftkings lol. Awesome stradegy by the way . It’s made me good money
Take a gander is right! Great idea to Re Visit your toolbox and other musings on the new felt. Great stuff! I look forward to more.

A Don't Pass bet isn't betting with the casino.

The casino's winning number is 7. Anyone betting on a 7 is betting with the casino.
When you placed the bet on "5" ... you should place the field bet.. "5" will cover for the field bet .. field bet cover all crap numbers and yo (2,3, 11 and 12) plus double win on 4,9 and 10...

Can you explain the place versus buy bet on the 10? I know the odds are different but I don't understand why it even exists and what it means. Thanks!
A Place bet on the 4 or 10 pays 9:5.
A Buy bet on the 4 or 10 pays 2:1, minus a 5% vig.

Whoops...lol
i don't mind playing DP, but you should be hedging the 7 and 11 for the CO roll. you usually aren't going to roll a 2 or 3 on the CO roll.
Hedging will eat your money.
This system looks great until the table hits the points like crazy and not the other numbers- I have been there many times and lost a lot on come out roll - so you should hop the 7

🤑💚🙏
On the dont 6-8 you shoood only do 3 rolls .. 5/9 allow 4 tolls 4/10
Allow 5 rolls
You are talking to much
It's my show
