i activated the autotrace (add ins), but when i pushed 2ble click on the imagine, doesn't appears me the arrow... wtf... what can i do?

my auto trace is not working even if autotrace check box is enabled, the issue that the next button is not showing up tried many times but no hope.......any help on that ?

I use solidworks 2016 student edition and no matter how clear of a picture i use it get about 1% of the thing traced correctly even if the image is just an all black triangle

Solidworks' imported image quality is awful. I have a PDF file. It has a very good image quality. But whenever I import it as an JPEG or PNG file it is distorted. So I can't use autotrace function or I can't draw manually. Is there a remedy for this?
