We can't just learn a "skill" better then our brain can actually work, we have to work around the limits of our brain. Wish I had a fun entertaining comment, but this is a bit of a serious topic. This effect how people interact and perceive each other. People with ADHD get seen as not caring ( the first thing out of Jeremiah after dismissing ADHD as the possibility out of hand) or disrespectful to the person talking when we literally have a disability in our executive function and no control over our wandering mind. Then we feel guilty for not keeping up with the non-disabled people, then that guilt turns into anxiety for social situations because we are made to feel we fail at them. Then we avoid social situations altogether, and that leads to depression. PS: There is even an example of ADHD in Steve in the video. "Rejection Sensitivity" is a thing with ADHD people. I almost fell out of my chair when that first spit ball stuck to Steebees face 🤣. As it kept going my belly felt like it was going to explode from laughing holy moly oly ✂️😂.
My morning is made, thanks scissor bros!
I love the positivity and friendship on this podcast. Thanks for continuing to make these Jeremiah and Steebee!
Jimbos blazer was fire
In the challenge I imagine Jeremiah felt as if Steebee was just farting into his face the entire time with his poo breath
You both are the most Authentic Duo!! Congrats on 14 years, Stevie!!!
Praise be to the holy scissors, the time of our scissor lords is almost upon us my scissor siblings. Gather the artefacts and complete the rituals. Snip snip.
I'm so glad you guys addressed the interrupting. its podcasting 101 bros! this is why bobby just stops talking immediately even though he gets frustrated. one voice at a time always.
It sounds crispy boys nice to see ya
Steebee never disappoints, I'm so perplexed how he doesn't know if there's a spitwad on his face.
How is it possible that there isn't any "uhhh, time stamp" themed merch. Keep up the great content.
I’m amazed you guys don’t have any “think about it” merch yet 😂😂
Loooooved this episode! The songs, the revelations, the self help. Great shit bros.
Jeremiah's Joker is on point!!! 💯🤯
The fact that they had to be face to face made this challenge feel platonically intimate. I liked the vibe. 🙂
By platonic do you mean gay😂
I looked up jeremiah"s joker performance and wow it's perfect! Definitely a nod to Hamill's joker ✂️❤️
The just let go song is exactly what i needed to hear. Thank you 🙏✂✂✂
That song is pretty damn great. Listened to it 3 times over. Came out of nowhere and hit me in the chest. Snip snip ✂️✂️
We’re glad you like it!!
The song was actually beautiful lol and exactly what I needed today 💖
MY FIRST KISS:
I was inside the porta-potty at an amusement park, because the girl and I both had to escape her looming parents haha.
I've watched every episode and I'm always entertained, never a bad episode. The spitball challenge was the first time I had to pause because of a laughing fit. 10/10 episode
Just want my scissor siblings to know that you're not alone. Things can get better. You're worth it. And if you need help reach out and ask for it. It's the hardest thing to do but its worth it and so are you.
Thanks this helped me
Great ep! Steve's coach seems like a great guy. I'm happy Steve got to reconnect with him!
Get “Just let go” on spotify ASAP that shit cleansed my soul in the best way possible
Love you dudes. Most wholesome fanbase in the game. Sizzer bros 4 lyfe dawg ✂️
I feel like in another universe steve would've been a successful wrestling coach
After he wins two gold Olympic medals as well
You guys have some of the most pure and fun content
Congrats on the role of Joker, Jeremiah!!! Does this mean Steebee Weebee is Batman?!
No I think it means he’s Harley Quinn
It's just adorable somehow that Steve still calls him "coach" after all this time! Most wholesome podcast out there with nonstop good vibes!
✂️✂️✂️
Y’all some funny bros when you guys are trying and the synergy between you two make simple conversations even that funnier and interesting to listen too!
Finally First dammnnnnn
First to like your first.
First to like the like of the first.
Finally watched this podcast. Didn’t regret a second of it.
Loved this episode, it’s a rewatcher for sure
Congratulations on 14 years Steve! That's an awesome thing. Very proud of you. I've slipped and drank on 3 different occasions in the past 13 years, 3 years and 2 months sober now for me
Imagine being at the races chilling, looking at the horses run, having a drink and out of the blue the tall man next to you starts screaming at his phone camera... What a sight
seeing it was funny but the way you described just some random witnessing it makes it even funnier to me 😂
This was such a great episode!!
I really enjoy the behind the scenes talk and especially more of those clips of SteeBee revisiting places... or just wandering in general. He is very entertaining. I can also relate to his feelings of returning home.
The spitball challenge was amazing. great fun
Thanks for the positive and GOOD content scissor bros!
beautiful opening song, "just let go" (36:39) 'michelada' btw i spelled it wrong lol
Jeremiah and Steve are teaching me how to have adult friendships. I'm neurodivergent and it's really hard for me to understand or breakdown what can be happening in the moment, but watching Jeremiah gently explaining how to work on listening skills from a loving place was super beneficial. Like, oh, an honest convo where someone may need a little help, doesn't need to be full of blame and shame. Thanks boys ❤️
I'm so freaking proud of the both of you boys, jeremiah, YOU'RE CREDITED IN THE DC UNIVERSE thats insane!!!!!!!!!!! what comic can boast that on their resume? YOU!!!! I don't know how I would even handle playing the same character as Mark Hamill AND YOU KILLED IT!!!! Steve 14 years is no small goal, that is incredible!!!! that's over 5,000 days sober Steebee, that is wild, I was 7 when you got sober. I'm 21 now and I know I have changed so freaking much over that course and grown so much AND SO HAVE YOU. You both should be so proud of yourself. Much love from your scissor sister on the east coast.
I'm finally caught up with the series, these guys are magical!
Fun, weird and addicting! 😆
Congrats Jeremiah on the Jokers role. Well done Steebee getting back in to comedy I can't wait for the special. Bobby will never recover from this financially.
Binging all the scissors ✂️ bro episodes and determined to like every one. This is the most slept on podcasts out today. ✂️✂️✂️ ✂️
