Thank you so much for this video! I own a TASKalfa 4551ci for my home business, and the most common repeating problem I get is faded white streaks all the way through my 12"x18" full coverage prints. Performing the "Laser Scanner Cleaning" though the menu works most of the time, as does "Toner Refresh". But it always comes back soon after. Would I be correct in assuming that maybe there is a lot of spilled toner near the laser scanner/s and needs to be cleaned out really well? Or is there something else that could be causing my issue? (I have yet to work on my machine myself, but I am about to.)

@@technographprints I do not know how to check the developer. I do not know what the life of it is at. My "Status Page" states that my machine is at 221K = Ledger and 46K =12x18 count for a total of 267K count. (not sure if that info helps)
