Dosa is one of the best street food across the streets of mumbai. Gini dosa among all the dasa's is the best any one can have. awesome mixture of veggies along with cheese and mayonnaise is prepared over the batter spread. once the mixture is well cooked it is evenly spread over the dosa. Later it is sliced and rolled and served along with chutney and sambhar.
Awesome taste. Definitely try a Gini dosa when you are near any dosa shop.
