I love her approach. She & Flayon really captured that "boss fight energy" with their lines. Like, Kronii *knows* how powerful she is so it sounds like shes not even trying to fight you, more like playing with a toy. Flayon's is a lot louder & more erratic, like fighting is what he lives for & you can't slouch or he'll crush you. They both have very menacing approaches that work well with their character.
Despite Kroniis dorky and deadpan personality. Her voice acting has always been on point. Really captures that final boss type of vibe, which also really gets the neurons firing

Maybe they don't want to balance deliberately OP bosses around playability and instead want to keep them as single player challenges? Maybe they also aren't designed for fighting each other? It might not be uncommon but it certainly isn't guaranteed - especially back in the day.
Kronii deciding that Kronii should just be talking casually if not talking down at whoever is listening to is the best choice imo! Kronii made a good decision for Kronii voice! 💜💜💜 That fits the theme of boss fight with the Warden of Time. Someone just humoring you with a fight.
You know what would be even better? If we can play AS Kronii, I mean yeah I know she be tone down for balance reasons but if she was made playable she'd be the character I want to play the most, no offense to Ina but, I'm not a huge Ina fan...actually wanted Calli or Gura over her...
I mean Council and Myth are clearly meant to be Slayer types. Those not familiar with fighting games. Slayer is a vampire in guilty gear who's so powerful he's canonically never fighting seriously in the fighting game. And so his death animation is just him shrugging or laying down casually and his movements are half assed or barely doing anything because he spams summons. Another character like this is the Velvet room characters in persona arena like Elizabeth. They are never fighting seriously either.
