Future Tone is far more difficult than Project DIVA F, F 2nd, and X. That is why they gave players the option to use macros (trigger and bumper buttons); because Future Tone is a port from the original Arcade version, which has easier controls

hisokeee or anyone else who has this game. have you tried using the ps3 f/f2nd mini controller with this game and does it work on the ps4? I played up to hard on my vita and then learned to play extreme and edits on the mini controller on the ps3 so i kind of rely on it now.
mini controller is the same driver as ps3 controller, and it does not work on a ps4. even arcade fight sticks that are compatible for ps3 and ps4 have a physical switch to toggle between ps3/ps4 mode. There are ways around it though, cronusmax.com/ sells the adapter to allow any controller to work on ps4 so in theory it should work for the mini controller. Probably easier to just wait for the Diva X mini controller for ps4 to be released though
