Thanks for checking out the video! I've had these studs out on two really good trail rides so far and they work amazing! You'll see them in action in future uploads. I haven't lost a single stud and they hook up on icy hills awesome. No damage to any of the studs yet. I'll keep you updated on how they are working in future videos. Don't forget to subscribe and smash that "Like" button.
You sure you ran the right size and model for your application? I beat the crap out of mine for multiple seasons and they stayed in absolutely awesome. I don’t get any kickback saying this. Just an honest opinion.
By the looks of it the new dealership diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and I believe they fixed it. He just needs to trail test it. We will have to wait and see!
Do the studs tear up a paved driveway? The pointed tip vs a blunt tip carbide , wich would damage pavement less? I am considering studding a set of tires for a tractor with snow blower, have tire chains but the ride is terrible when driveway gets icy. Thanks for posting video
I know it’s been a week since you uploaded it, but I was watching it and thought to make it easier and maybe a lil quicker you could use a paint pen 🖊 or bright colored fingernail polish to mark on the tires where you wanted to put the screws This would make it so you wouldn’t second guess yourself on where you were going to put them.
Hey Stacy, once you decide on a pattern it's easy to slam them in. Just follow the pattern of the previous lugs and move around the tire. It's deciding on the original pattern that had me scratching my head for a bit, lol.
Need to go on allthingz UTV.com and get you some new tender springs I noticed yours are collapsed like mine was the ride is daylight and dark now. Lol like riding on a cloud
I've been putting this off for a while and I'm honestly not sure why.... I've been meaning to upgrade my tender springs SOOOOOO long. I e-mailed AllThingzUTV last night. I'll likely order a set in the next few days. A ton of people have recommended their tender springs and they are also one of the best priced tender springs out there.
Ya... they are definitely a premium product. They have tool steel tungsten carbide inserts in each screw base. Not a bargain bin stud but you will likely get multiple seasons of use out of them so I'm hoping its a get what you pay for kind of situation. So far I'm really satisfied with them, we will see how they hold up.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd ah darn. i live in calgary. Would be so fun to meet up with u guys and go fer a rip. Ontario is a long drive though. I'm looking at buying a rzr pro ultimate. Not sure where else u would recommend i buy it from.
@@MrCraigmire123 I believe you could reach out to www.UTVcanada.com , They are actually based in Alberta. I'd see if SuperATV offers one. If they do then UTV Canada should be able to get you a good deal on one or something similar. If you enter "TEAMAJP" as a discount code on UTV Canada you'll get an additional 10% off. That's probably a good semi-local solution for you.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd Perfect. thank you. I'll check them out. Also, do you recommend after market exhaust and intake? I dont want to make the machines louder, they already sound loud enough! plus i've kind of grown out of having loud exhaust.
Spend a little bit more money and get gripstuds instead. They have a wide auger style thread and stay in much, much better than these. I have roughly 800km on my igrip 1800s in Bighorn tires and they are wore down 50% and have lost a dozen or so out of 600. The thread on these are not much better than a sheet metal Tek screw.
Hey man, appreciate the feedback. So far I've used them on two hard rides and I've done some sliding around also. Haven't lost one yet I don't think. I'm going to keep stress testing them. Your carbides are worn down or the head around the carbide?
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd The tips are wore down 50% and at a sharp angle, the shoulder of the studs are almost complete gone. So at this point traction is diminished with extremely good braking. Might have to rotate the tires to get full traction again out on the lake.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd thank you for the reply. I put my tire chains on . They work perfect 🤣. Don't get me wrong I would love the studs but no way will I spend that kin da of money on something that costs penny's to make .if they lowered the price they would sell alot more.
I've been using grips in everything for decades. I can tell you from experience, the best cold weather gear on the planet comes from Canada.
Good to hear you've had good luck with the iGrips!

I'm putting a link to this in my winter ride videos. Studs make a huge difference in winter riding.
Oh man, what a difference. I'm having a ton of fun with them.
studs look awesome! can't wait to see them in action, maybe they will still help a 2WD Can Am!!!!! LOL have fun see you next video!!!!!!
LOL! I'm sure they wouldn't hurt, hahaha. You'll see them in action in the next video, they work well!
Hell's yeah bro. Them are gonna be great in the woods. Awesome. Stay safe and God bless.
They worked awesome the last two rides! Super impressed with them so far. Can't wait to abuse them some more. Take care man!
Outstanding Julian
Thanks Randy!! Super pumped with how they turned out an how they have been performing so far.
Great and interesting video from someone in Texas.....Great video !!!!!!!
Glad you enjoyed it! Wait until you see them in action on some slick climbs man!
If you are worried about your concrete floor through a couple of sheets of plywood down on the concrete.
I'm not overly concerned. But the wood is a good idea.
Good video
Thanks Robert, glad you enjoyed it.
I have the same tire what was thr part number or length
I bet your eyes started to cross well screwing all those studs in lol. 👍👍
It's a multiple beer operation.... lol!
Hey there i really like your exoskeleton i was wondering how or where i can get something like that for my 800s
I tried the Igrip studs last winter here in Idaho, and about 80% of them became projectiles when they came out. Done with that stuff.

Thanks man! Do you want a drifting video of the RZR on the studded tires?
Yes tat would be sick next snow fall you should go down the dirt and back road they get really icey

what brand of tires are these, going to do some winter riding my stock tires on my xrc are not going to do that great in the snow
Hey man, as mentioned in the video, the tires are 32X10x15 BFG Mud Terrain KM3’s in the UTV specific weight rating.

Lay some plywood, or horse matting down to save your garage floor.
I originally considered it but ended up deciding to just leave it bare. I should get some boards to throw down.
