Having 10 years in the business I will say that this has nothing to do with you but first off detailing someone's car on the street is not professional and is very risky and also can land you a pretty big fine especially when you do not have a Water Reclamation system or a water containment mat. Honestly performing detailing services on any public street or road is a big No-No and can also be a hazard while having doors open and cars going by. Moving forward I would recommend you have a terms and conditions in place. Also I noticed a lot of mobile detailers will perform detailing services and a shopping mall parking lot and a lot of them don't realize that you have to have permission from the property owner or security and also verify your business insurance in case anything happens at your fault
