The graduation system was actually a great idea as it gives room for the individual member to grow personally out of the group once the time comes that they want to pursue their own careers. A lot of Jpop groups have this concept (that's actually where this idea came from) but never had this problem. It really all boils down to Pledis' bad management.
Still watching them in 2018 You can really hear them singing and even the visuals can sing so good that non of the rookie idol groups nowadays can compare.
Someone translated news about all 6 renewing their contracts on forum where i am. Also there was another news about E-young & Kaeun writing and producing new songs for After school while others will focus on their activities. I can search those posts for you if you want ?
