Pantouf there is a bug in OBS, so using Game Capture mode results in jagged video recording (like here), instead just use Display Capture mode and the same applies to streaming. I had this problem as well.
The Tier 7 AMX 13 M24 has unexpectedly good armor. It has a good chance of bouncing shells specially in the turret, because of the slightly thick gun mantlet.
