We start cracking riddles when we’re young but we never seem to get tired of this process. As we grow up, riddle-solving helps us to cope with any stress and we are able to solve progressively harder riddles.
There’re some life hacks to get better at solving riddles. Remember that riddles are designed in such a way that the first answer is usually wrong. The goal is to start thinking outside the box: stop and think before you take a guess. And make sure you practice by solving progressively harder riddles.

Rick's brother is also lying. You don't train the day before a marathon. Generally, you take 1 or 2 rest days before hand so that your muscles are fully recovered and there's no chance of soreness. It also helps you to store up energy. At most you do a short shake out run (about 20 minutes and at a lower intensity). And then brother is standing there in a suit saying he was training all day? A short run and then back into a suit? Dude totally ate the food and called it carb loading.
