    46 gaj ke 2 floor pahele se bane hue hai us ke upar 2 floor or banane ke liy nakash banana jaruri hai ya nahi koe order ho to please de mcd banne nahi de rahi hai hamari madda karo please

    15 meter height is also too much.. It should be 10 meter maximum... Plus setback areas should be strictly left plus what about gardening area??

    Very informative video sir. I also own a plot on GPA 22*45=1080sqft and want to build a Stilt+4 and sell it all. Could you please help with below question:
    1. Will your team be able to get 'NAKSHA' approved on the GPA and other relevant documents I hold for the plot?
    2. Will the individuals purchasing floor from me can get it registered and avail loan? Registry is now open in regularized unauthorized colonies.

    Sir the size of the street is less than 10 meters and he is still covering the whole of his side ramp into the garden which will make the street even smaller, please help me, what should I do or complaint because he has not started but is planing to make.

    Sir upto 100 sq mtr i.e 120 sq yd 90% ground coverage and FAR is 350

    Sir, I have 150 yards plot in Shakarpur, East Delhi. Pls tell if staircase and lift area comes under FAR in Delhi or not, I mean can we use the open 10feet area which is to be left for building staircase and installing lift ? 2ndly can we leave 5 feet ahead and 5 feet behind the plot side ? And I had heard that we can use 7 feet balcony on UG floor and 5 feet balcony on rest of the floors but you mentioned 4 feet on the above floors, pls confirm and lastlly from where can we download the latest BYE LAWS of Delhi ?

      Stair case and Lift does not comes under the category of FAR and leaving set back 5 foot is not meaningful. If your area is coming under regularize one then you have to follow the UBBL 2021

    17.5m height for plot 115m is allowed in delhi? Can 5 floors built now?

      No you can't build 5 floors, height is increased

      up to 15 Mtr is allowed in Low and Very Low category planned by the UBBL if g beyond the areashall be such that it allows the Fire fighting/ Chief Fire Officer Consent is required after wards

      @@hrishikeshsharma8206 the height allowed with stilt is 17.5m and there is no clearance required by the Chief Fire Officer.
      Statement from Times of India - - Delhi Fire Service wrote to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi on Tuesday clarifying that the residential buildings up to the height of 17.5 metres would not require a fire clearance certificate anymore

    Sir plzz help me sir sir. I hve A 150.gaj plot in delhi west. Can 150 gaj plot divide into 4 parts as 37 gaj if 150 gaj plot both side open front road Nd back road. Its is possible
    Family dispute regarding property if i file case in court then i court will give me 4th share as plot 37 gaj how i construct it. Partition plot. It is possible sir

      Amalgamation is not allowed till court judgement but before this if financially you all plan to pursues Pooling policy is planned in Delhi with the view of better construct floor wise . By the way each of brother can grab each individual successive single floor and there is no such requirement to move court. Floor wise with UBBL way you can proceed the construction
