KK-Scale is really doing a very nice job on the details. The only downside is that it is a sealed model. But well, how often are you really opening the doors of your model cars?
I was amazed by this.
Bazed on the previous models, I didn’t had high expectations.
But i love this. And I’m used with sealed models. Half of my collection is sealed 😅
It looks very similar to the jaguar e-type when it comes to the face. i think it's because back then they had a special car body configuration for sport cars that they used, thus meaking them look similar, but what matters if they are similar as long as they are beautiful and sexy as hell. You should buy a dusenberg type-j or a packard from '32 or some car from the '30, it will give you some collector credit and respect.
From certain angles, looks a bit like an E-Type.
I love Duesenberg models. For whatever reason I didn’t manage to get one yet. But i do plan to get some. The design is really cool

My honest take. The Hotwheels Elite version is very good even great and I just took mine out to compare with yours. The KK 250 GTO is to my pain better define in every detail, lights, interior, wheels, brakes, windows, grilles and badges. In fact I'm blown away by how good the KK present. As a Hotwheels Elite owner I must admit the KK is better and by some margin it has to be said.
I was very impressed about how good this KK can look. Really, I didn’t expected to much from this.
And for approximately 76 euro, this represents great value for money.
I think this was a mistake for me, because there are a lot of Ferrari models produced by KK, and now I’m very tempted to get some more 😅
@@ACCollection I thought the Hotwheels Elite is the best metal 1:18 250GTO but the KK is clearly the best metal 1:18 250GTO.
The Hotwheels have these hideous bonnet latches(go check it out)which I removed and updated to a more realistic solution. The grilles and vents of the Hotwheels are all open but the overall presentation value of the KK is class leading.
I’ve studied some pictures with the Elite just now, because you’ve made me curios.
To be honest, I’ll stick to my cheaper KK 😅
@@ACCollection I am really surprised maybe even a bit shocked. I need some KK Ferraris. I just checked out some pics, the F40 seems stunning as well. The 288gto I compared some time ago with GT Spirit's and the GT Spirit wins but the GT Spirit is resin. And you will be surprised by how wrong Elite got it with the 288gto, even the shape is wrong.
Short of it, presentation value is more important than price as KK's 250GTO just proved.
