Nice catch there, you can see a lot of moves like that in indian classical dance styles. It's refreshing to see someone talk about it, also yes Durga is one of the popular goddesses with multiple arms but almost all hindu gods and goddesses have multiple arms but if the choreographer really had that in mind then i'm sure she meant to reference Durga.

While doing research, it seemed that Durga, amongst the hindu gods and godesses, shared the most common themes with the song and performance! So I'm glad others also agree!
