He's absolutely right - Nobody wants to work for what they want anymore. Everyone wants to start out as 'CEO' instead of 'Janitor'. My uncle began as a busboy for Elias Brothers restaurants (AKA 'Big Boy'), and ended up as VP of Operations for the company about 15-20 years later. My father began working as a die journeyman at Hercules Tool & Die when he was a kid, and ended up next to the VP at the last company he worked for. Kids get degrees in BS - NOT 'BS degrees' (read: Bachelors of Science'), they're complete BS. Their 'knowledge' looks good on paper, but when it comes to put their nose to the grindstone, they're worthless.
Plus, and I may be deemed 'insensitive' but I'm willing to take that risk, I'm sick of hearing how anyone and everyone has some sort of 'neurological'/learning/psychological 'disorder'. According to 'experts', everyone but THEM has some sort of 'psychological disability'.
