Education has got nothing to do with college degrees. Degrees are just coloured printed papers. But you can be educated and actually be able to implement what you know.But college degrees system only drives us to White collars jobs.But education takes you to blue collar jobs.

I have to disagree with the notion "people are born leaders". I think people are born with leadership qualities which; need to be nutured and encouraged. If you look at the average family even parents are people with leadership qualities otherwise they wouldn't be parents.
Failiure does exist it's very purpose of existence is to teach us life lessons we need to learn a round the failiure. To say something "didn't happen the way we wanted" and therefore we didn't fail is dangerous for the ego because the very existence of failiure is to humble the ego.
Africa is so big that big and nude businesses don't fail here. Even tomatoes businesses here makes you millions. We are alot we buy everything even a 2euro chocolate here is 20euro we still buy it🤷🏽♀️.
It's very clear that education cannot teach you they way how Akon operated, it's all experience. In all the speeches its fairly evident as an individual akon found his template through experience where as you can see the other two were not talking through experience per se but more of a system learnt at school projecting that mostly, not to say that what they have learnt is bad but i feel as individuals that the education template may have hindered their potential to find their own recipes to success.
