Its not about college degrees its about being humble and patient
Education has got nothing to do with college degrees. Degrees are just coloured printed papers. But you can be educated and actually be able to implement what you know.But college degrees system only drives us to White collars jobs.But education takes you to blue collar jobs.

"The spiritual aspect helps you transcend even beyond business" you put yourself where you know what you want to do and you are are great at it and you do it often..... Anything you are amazing at,people will pay you for that service and in the midst of that service there are doors that open for you to do more.."

Failiure does exist it's very purpose of existence is to teach us life lessons we need to learn a round the failiure. To say something "didn't happen the way we wanted" and therefore we didn't fail is dangerous for the ego because the very existence of failiure is to humble the ego.
I have to disagree with the notion "people are born leaders". I think people are born with leadership qualities which; need to be nutured and encouraged. If you look at the average family even parents are people with leadership qualities otherwise they wouldn't be parents.

Great advice from Akon totally resonate with what he's saying
It's very clear that education cannot teach you they way how Akon operated, it's all experience.
In all the speeches its fairly evident as an individual akon found his template through experience where as you can see the other two were not talking through experience per se but more of a system learnt at school projecting that mostly, not to say that what they have learnt is bad but i feel as individuals that the education template may have hindered their potential to find their own recipes to success.
