Actually about the storm thing (no. 4) i honestly think that it doesnt matter if you are outside or inside (car or building). As long as you dont move, you should be 100% fine (unless your car is big, then get out and go away from it or it hits your car and damages it).

Did you know the VAN is extremely overpowered? No? Well its true. Using the car, you have a disadvantage because the van uses LESS fuel and LESS oil usage.
So if you seriously hate having to fuel every 1000k? Well using the van you'll reach 5k without shutting down once! (Water is a exception though GET WATER AT ALL COSTS!)
So the car goes to 1000k meters winout needing a refill and the van needs a refill at 5k?
(I know the van is way better than the car but that misspelling is pretty funny to me)

only use the dynamite if theres no other weapons nearby
melees like kettleball, Fly Swatter, fire axe, bowling ball, and wood spear are the items that can hit the mutants
or just use a ranged weapon as long you dont ran out to us it in 10000m
tip number 7 is indeed needed but theres a button on the car that will open the light for you
all you got to do is press the top right that you see near your car handle and press it so no need to get outside to open the lights
tip number 8... If you're those people who needs exactly 20 caps but theres none. That item is the thing that you can sell for exactly 20 caps

tip 22 pistols, green vases, ducks, katanas, ak-47s, fire axe and the radio active barrel are worth to sell

tip 24 u can kill or explode your friends
tip 25 axes, thin wooden sticks, dynamite, bowling balls, katanas are weapons that u can kill with

Tip 21 and 23 are wrong. You can steal from dan using the wooden plank method, and holding the radioactive barrel too many times just lags the server due to particle stacking (they should fix that)
