How To Fix Scooty Horn Problem.
Yamaha Ray Z horn Problem after servicing, it was cracking at 1st place next day No sound.
Somewhere someone might be facing same problem so i uploaded this video hope my video doesn't go in vain,😅 wish it help at least one person.

Hello bro I have Ray Zr Street Rally BS6 and having low sound or cracking sound in every 2-3 intervels and I just bought it 24 days ago what should I do please tell me

Open the front fairing, locate/find your horn,it will be on the same place as Raz Z,,, with 10size wrench open your horn.. and insert your screwdriver + ... and turn counterclockwise or clockwise and adjust the sound..
That will solve that weak sounds/cracking sound

THE SCORPION RIDER
Install "horn Relay" it will fix that cracking sound..
Or you can adjust the horn like i did in my video.
Horn relay won't cost much say like 150,buy three pin horn relay

I too own a yamaha ray Z BS3 model, love it till now but the front fairing wobbling issue is still there, do you face the same problem?

Check your screws,
if any missing or not.

Secondly Check 4:14 of my video and see whether the bolts are there(check and tight it if it's loos) Hope it will solve that wobbling issue..

@@JatheMere most of the screws have lost the grip, they either comes out of their own or doesn't even move😂, what can be done about that

Those screws which are not moving, think its rusted from inside and got stuck..
Screws which are coming out of their own,
Back screw/clip holders might be missing or broken.
Take it to bike/scooty garage and tell them to replace all the front fairing screws/clip ..
10 screws, 4 on lefts,4 on right,2 just below the headlight, it will cost around 50rs 5rs per screw..
you need 10 screws which is 5x10=50rs
Have to be careful especially those screws which are not moving,if you didn't do it right,it get broke easily (back screws clamp).
