I reckon Conor wins but I'm not writing porier off as an easy fight I suppose.

The thing is Conor can make legit world class fighters look like they ain't shit and then people don't want to admit some things so they feel like they must say something bad about the other guy. Watch how Dustin becomes a "bum" when or if Conor beats him, expecially if he destroys him like Cowboy and makes it look easy. Some people will never get over the fact that Khabib didn't end Conor's career and that loss to Khabib didn't affect his future. I never saw a comment how some UFC fight is fixed before Conor beat Cowboy and his haters started talking shit.

No better man than Phil to advise on tactics. I remember Phil as an Olympian and International amateur boxer back in the late 70's, early eighties. You were always guaranteed pure entertainment when he was on the bill, and at that time, Dublin's National Boxing Stadium was packed to the rafters, mainly to see 'him'. From the outset, bobbing, weaving, always coming forward, head low, similar to a Jake Lamotta, non-stop bang, bang, bang, but also Flloyd Mayweather-type evasive if need be. A pleasure to watch. Little did I know that our paths would cross some 10 years later when he would train me to win an All-Army Heavyweight Title in 1991. I stopped my opponent in the 2nd round. It was a messy contest but a great conversational piece for years to come. Phil's true testimony comes with the youth who surround him. He is a god to them, and rightly so. An absolute Gent.
Well Done Phil and continued success on whatever path you choose. 🥊🥊🏆🔥

Im so glad that Conor came back to basics and back to his roots where it all started.. To see again why he even started to feel that inner motivation once again..
And as John said he is in phenomenal shape just compare him to the first fight against Nate.. Such a difference..
I honestly believe Conor is capable of defeating Khabib right now.. He would take absolutely different approach and take it back home

Great insight from Mr. Sutcliffe. Most coaches, back then, would've disciplined or withdrew the student because they thought the student wasn't focused, serious or committed to learning that particular craft (boxing, judo, tai-kwon do, wrestling, whatever). All the while, that student is just adding tools to the box.
