No judgement on you I was a teen mom and my mother did the same thing. He ended up walking away since he could only see his kid on Saturdays.

I think that’s so mature that they are close friends when being so young having kids. A lot of fathers bail and a lot of young parents are so good and raise amazing kids. I had my son at 17 and was told I’d fail, my son just turned 11. It’s been so hard but worthwhile every hard time. I can’t imagine if I had been any younger, I think you’re both incredible for doing so well. I feel heartbroken for this dude for not being able to see his daughter more. That would be super hard.

It's really inspiring to see people my age be mature, and not walk away from a tough situation. I was 15, when I had a pregnancy scare. I wasn't taking my birth control on a regular basis. I ended up getting my period the day after I took the pregnancy test. I'm not sure what I would've done if I had gotten pregnant, but seeing this makes it seem like taking care of a child isn't such a bad thing at a young age. It's definitely hard, but life is hard in general. Anyways, I applaud both of you, and wish you the best of luck in life.

Maureen Rocky I'm 16 now, but it was for painful periods. I get pain in my joints, cramps, and I get suicidal before I have my period. The birth control I'm on now has helped with that, and my period has pretty much stopped altogether which is convenient. I have the implant which goes into your arm, so I don't have to worry about taking a pill. I was also on it because my mom wanted me to go on it. She knows that teenagers do have sex, and she didn't want me getting pregnant. It's better to be safe than sorry.

poor guy actually wants to see his baby more than 1x a week and isnt being allowed to because you would rather have your boyfriend and friends over too. every child needs their willing father in their life. just as much his baby as she is yours.

I always stand by young parents that make an effort to be a part of their children's lives!! not too many young fathers want to be in their babies lives. ;) so you're blessed with that at least.

Curious as to why your mom won’t let you baby’s father spend more than one day a week with child.... so many teen fathers just dip out in their kids, at least he’s trying give him more than one day a week!

you guys are such an inspiration to separated parents because you guys show that you guys are still really good friends and paislee gets to have both her parents in her life. i’m 14 right now and i’m not even thinking about being pregnant and i want to when i’m married but like this isn’t about me but if i was a single parent then i’d want my child’s dad to be apart of my child’s life even if we are going through stuff because no child shouldn’t have only one parent growing up because they won’t know what it’s like with 2 so good job you guys for being an inspiration!

Y’all are so adorable, my sister had a baby at a young age also, I watched her struggle because the baby’s father had nothing to do with her, his family even said that it wasn’t his baby. I’m pretty sure they aren’t supporting themselves, so until they can take care of that baby on their own they’re just going to have to deal with the moms rules.

It kinda made me sad when he said he's only aloud to see her once a week because one I'm VERY emotional and two I think every father and mom should be able to see there kid every day of the week and I can see it on his face he wants to be around her more and I can see on BOTH of your faces that you both still like each other if y'all would get back together it would be amazing and I'm sorry to say this but there was a little tension and awkwardness

So what if he “looks better”. He treated me really badly throughout my pregnancy and it hurt me really bad. Tyler however loved me the second our eyes met. He stayed on the call with me when I was in labor the first night and has never ever given up on me. So you can think what you want, you can hope for what you think my life should go. But let me tell you, I’m happy now. It’s gonna stay this way
He is bounded by family ,society and all. But he just wanted to hug her daughter and pamper her and cry a lot but situation is totally against both father and daughter

Shame on Pammys mom . He is the daddy,Despite his age!! He should have open visitation!!! His parents if involved need to firm with her and insist shared custody. With minimal involvement he may just lose interest . Sad they don’t encourage him to take a more active parenting role.

I come from teen parents, and as the child the hardest part was seeing my parents in disagreement about how to raise me, blaming one another for certain situations , and constantly figuring out how to split my times during the holidays etc. so as you guys continue to grow up I beg of you to keep the close connection you have now for the sake of your daughter. Always remind friends and remember it’s the parents against the problem, not each other. The closeness will make her feel at ease trust me. Also having family dinners and vacations is nice. Even when you are both married , vacations and dinners with all four of her parents / half siblings will give her that “complete family” feel. Good luck ! I’ll continue watching and supporting ❤️❤️ P.S having a constant father in her life is important as well. Help her and her dad go on daddy daughter dates etc . Hope this advice could help later on!!
