    Important takeaways from this video:-
Firstly he has used two major terms:-
    1. Drafting or research
    2. Presentation before the court- Court Craft
So how to talk, what and when to talk is the art of advocacy.
Example 1:- Non veg food and vintage wine but the guest were veg and tea totler.
So in this there was no research or plan on what ghe guests like etc.
Example 2:- Pitchreading. A captain or crickter must be aware of pitch which is best for batsman or bowler. If for bowler then, for sipnners or fast bowlers.
So from both the examples the outcome is that there is an essential need of research and most importantly Strategy or a plan.
A lawyer should know his judge
And he should never antagonize your judge as he is only who have decision making powers.
Also, a lawyer should not repeat any arguments in court as we have overburdened cases which makes a judge to loose focus on the case.
Strongest point for argument should be stated from the very beginning with all the evidences or witnesses u have.
Also, a lawyer should complete the whole point and then should go to the next one.
A lawyer should make his defendants witness fell good and he should not be rude to him. As the person os already very tensed. Act like a friend to him.
