    1:45 There's an errata where 75 AV should be replaced by 150 - 10000/y instead of just 10000/y. Since the actually inequality is 150 AV (cycle 0) > 10000/x * (2 - 0.89) (robin's AV) + 10000/y (1 more DPS turn)

      ^^^ very true.
      Was about to point out the calculation error. That aside, I enjoyed your methodology for the calculation as I slotted in different speed points divided by 10,000 to see what works best. 0 cycle is the best environment for this strategy.( or at least “0 cycle” entering into another “0 cycle”. As the av of 150 is the most flexible.)

    0 Cycling with Xueyi is such a hair pulling experience
    Having Random Follow up attacks, hard to stack Crit on, so a missed Crit bricks you. She's Squishy, so a bad sequence kills her. And for some reason, her ult is always at 90% when you charge Tingyun's

      Haha it really is. The one that's been annoying me a lot recently is how too many FUAs land toughness damage resulting in a loss of 1 FUA at the end. Though having said all of that, can't lie, she's my fav 4* and she is very strong if you manage to work around everything. At least she's not Qingque. Don't think you'll ever catch me doing a QQ 0-cycle.

    Nice, ended up with similar set up for her as well to get her ult after dps first turn. She's competitive with 3 turn sparkle even on hypercarry team amazingly, does want either her sig or e1 with bronya lc tho for satisfactory result

    • @EiDehGaming
      @EiDehGaming  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Nice! I actually much prefer 3 turn sparkle to this for comfort. Mainly because of the backloaded nature in the 2nd wave, with the 2 turns being basically back to back near 150 AV, which puts the lineup at the mercy of the enemy lineup. Whereas Sparkle gives the first 2 turns much earlier, with the first turn possibly even outspeeding 190 SPD enemies with DDD proc. Of course, this Robin setup instead has the far upper hand for the first turn, because its back-to-back turns are much earlier. If I could somehow clear wave 1 without Robin's ult, and get Robin to ult twice on wave 2, then this lineup is far far stronger than anything Sparkle can achieve, but big 'if'.
      Having said all of that, I'm pleasantly surprised with her performance. I wasn't expecting too much from her ult (mainly because I think just 1 extra turn in itself is not quite that impressive), but even small things like making support BAs have an impact is quite nice.

      @@EiDehGamingYeah, sparkle giving the first turn faster is really good. Save me a lot of reset against annoying enemy. I think she's a lot stronger comparatively when your account is less developed, she can replicate what eagle + ddd provide if you can handle her energy req

    Good stuff, i've been thinking about the alternative solutions outside of tingyun for a while but didn't have much time lately, using abundance chars with s5 qpq is not possible unless we pass the dmg check first, gj

      Why would you want a tingyun alternative?

    • @EiDehGaming
      @EiDehGaming  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Lol it's really a big problem. I've spent way too long thinking about it. One whack idea I was thinking before Robin officially dropped is that if you SPD buffed her during her ult, the turn she gets at the end wouldn't count and she'd preserve it till the following turn. I even calced it with 1 DDD proc and it was relatively easy to get 1 additional turn in 150 AV after her ult ends. Of course she doesn't actually preserve it, so it becomes extremely impractical as an idea.
      Huohuo could possibly work, but Huohuo's buffs are imo not potent enough without eidolons on other chars and also overlap heavily with Robin herself.

      These rotations are very important than any mere dmg boost. People just look at e1 numbers and forgot they dont have dmg on wave 1. This is why i advice them to grab the LC before they made the same mistake i did with ruan mei back then.
      If they want E1 that bad just grab both, otherwise her operation just feel super clunky for anyone except fua

      @EiDehGaming  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@hiroshi6699 Now that you mention it, I am genuinely quite surprised at how precisely uncomfortable the energy range is, and how much a difference having extra allied actions makes to her energy in 0T runs. Not that I intend to activate eidolons, but in general, I think things that could potentially hit non-damage breakpoints, especially energy are far more important than just damage because of how scarce they are. Minor rant but I remember when people were dooming RM's LC and her 10% SPD boost being too little. But they're basically both the foundation to some strategies that basically only work because of her. Granted the LC one is a bit more warranted if they're really just aiming for 5 cycle clear runs. Anyway that's rough :/ Hope RM reruns soon.

    • @EiDehGaming
      @EiDehGaming  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I'd love to say yes but unfortunately not the case. Basically heard the ult recharge and panicked pressed Robin's ult. Though the run itself is secured anyway. The actual rotation is to have Tingyun skill on the last turn (after Cocolia at 8.28) to recover ult -> Robin ult -> Tingyun ult on Xueyi -> Xueyi ult + FUA which will all still have RM's ult buff. Then the remaining 3 turns are more than enough to finish whatever is left.

    Is it possible to 4t with sparkle using robin on 2nd wave and what will be spd requirements for it if its possible

    • @EiDehGaming
      @EiDehGaming  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is possible. Sparkle just needs to run a standard 3 turn setup with Eagle and DDD (possibly different holder). 167.3 SPD with only 1 DDD proc and 1 eagle proc. Or 151.3 if you can get 2 Tingyun ults. Then ult with Robin at the end of the wave for the 4th turn. It would actually be the first wave that is problematic for planning. The 167.3 SPD one is extremely hard to hit without RM though, and I actually can't hit it either.

      Assuming you have 133.4 SPD DPS, then with Vonwacq, DDD, it's about 165.4 SPD. You can use the formula below with x as Tingyun SPD and y as DPS spd assuming your Tingyun uses skill on first turn.
      150 > 10000/x * (1 - 0.4 - 0.24) + 10000/(x + 112 * 0.2)) + 10000/y

      @EiDehGaming  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@bayu6170 Haven't looked at the new hunt mode, so my opinion there is not very useful. If you're aiming for 3*s, then she's plenty fine at e0s0. In fact, I think the S1 is only particularly relevant outside of the FUA team since the premium FUA team generates a comical amount of energy for Robin compared to everything else. And the energy issues are also really only apparent for very fine tuned strategies. Especially if you have Bronya's LC for the ERR.
      In PF, she's really strong when there's a energy blessing like at the moment. But beyond that, it's a bit hard to tell how she'll fair in a less conducive PF since it's highly blessing dependent.

    • @EiDehGaming

      I haven't tried Seele on this floor because she does less toughness damage than Xueyi so it makes things more awkward, even when running with RM. The setup itself definitely works with Seele but possibly not against 12-1.

    Hmm I dont know that you can't use robin’s technique with ratio’s. As its a debuff (ratio’s) and hers is more like buff to herself. Didn't think they would cancel each other out if that. It isn't a problem for stacking other debuffs as techniques. So I was confused by you not using that last technique point. 😳

    • @EiDehGaming
      @EiDehGaming  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Yep. They're both considered 'domain' techniques. Off the top of my head, Himeko, Ratio, Jingliu and Robin's techniques are all classified as such, though Robin is really the only one that clashes with others and isn't a debuff. Can't have 2 active at once. My understanding is that they differ from normal techniques by having effects on every wave (we don't talk about Acheron's). Notice that the enemies in wave 2 are also slowed, in contrast to something like Pela's technique that only applies the debuff on wave 1.

      @@EiDehGaming I hateee that they made her technique a domain... only for it to grant 5 energy.
      It's thematically wonderful, everyone mesmerized and drawn in by her charm. Only to restore 5 energy every wave. They could have thrown in a debuff for some fun 0 cycling synergies for example.

      @@CaramelMunchie lmao. Funny you mention that. I reread the technique like 3 times the first time I got her because I was in a bit of disbelief that that was all she was getting. Maybe some day that 5 energy will come back to bite me. But it's the equivalent energy to getting hit 1 extra time by one of the dino's random bounce. Like just give it to her as a self-buff technique or something.

    • @EiDehGaming
      @EiDehGaming  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Honestly, I don't have the answer for you there. Need is a bit of a strong word and it really depends on what you're pursuing. I'd say she's plenty strong at E0S0, with her LC not giving very significant damage buffs. The crux is that the additional ERR may allow for some impactful breakpoints, like in the Xueyi run, it's somewhat close with whether she gets her 2nd ult back. But it's not so in the Ratio run. If you're not pursuing speedruns in MOC, I think she is incredibly strong at base.
      For her E1, I don't speak from experience since I don't roll/activate limited eidolons. I'd say it's probably worth it if you really like FUA teams. Like you've rolled for Aventurine, Topaz, etc.
