In Germany the code for wooden framed houses is that you can only do a ventilated fassade with 30mm air cap, using the chimney effect to dry of any moisture. I think this would increase the durability of your houses as well. I hope you will try this one day.
Eric the work you do on these videos does not go unnoticed! The quality of these videos is incredible and you do a great job telling a story with each video! I look forward to these coming out every week. Thank you for everything you do!
The consistency of the work and video drops are top notch. I live in the town over from y'all and would love to come work a day with the crew just to learn something. I miss working with a good crew.
The New Jeep look video should come up soon. Glad to have made it to episode 31. Still waiting for final results from this project. As usual, nice content and building tips.
Seriously these guys have made me love my job again i am in construction in the netherlands and even tho i work with total a holes watching u guys and seeing how nice and fun it can be i still keep going. Hoping i will find someone like jamie to teach me everything and eric to be a funny guy and jason even more funny. And arlo with all the knowledge combined. Honestly the best team on the internet! This is way nicer to watch than any netflix series honestly. Lotss of love from all acros the ocean my builder brothers
Thanks for the great content! As a commercial superintendent it is nice to watch quality construction. I'm now offering a couple pro tips that hopefully will help you. Generic house wrap for floors just prior to drywall can save a lot of time and money prior to painting. Also use it for finish floor protection. It's not slick to walk on, it's easy to install on large areas and precut 3' rolls are perfect for walk ways. I also suggest no residue duct tape. Keep the content coming, stay safe and be kind to your crew.
@@PerkinsBuilderBrothers you’re welcome ☺️. I love watching you build stuff and jovially keep your crew aligned in your light. You’ve got a gift for Good Management. I think that’s called a golden 💛 soul. 😁
@@PerkinsBuilderBrothers … also… Jayson said that you hadn’t posed for Mr.February yet… unless you count that shirtless close up with the lotion in today’s video. 👍🏻. That works lol
Thank you Guys, I really enjoy watching you. I've been Watching you guys 4 or 5 Years now And I've always appreciated how you go about it and how much fun you have. Good good job
As a YJ and now a TJ owner, Those 4.0 are bulletproof with proper maintenance. You can also buy frame patch kits or entire replacement frames for Jeeps (about $4-5k) for a fresh replacement frame.
Hello Erik at 2:43 you need a truncking tool to nail that in there will be no hangups no pinch points no problems no worries be safe guys love the great work thank you all for sharing
Man, Eric, it’s very difficult to be doing all the editing and slogging through that while showing up to the job site and sometimes causing some chaos. Your brother does a great job holding the crew together and they respect Jaime. You guys are ALL doing a great job.
Please do a video on these 3 and behind the scenes for Ray. He is quiet lately. Not much of a talkative, but he has got these responses that make him cool.
B & B nor shakes are my style. I am pleased with my choices for my home. The post and beam entry and catio deck add a touch of rustic to this modern home - a good blend.
Darn, would have loved to have seen Jamie's rebuild of that jeep. Also, you're going to have to house wrap the ZIP WRB for the LP SmartSide crew :) Maybe it'll be easier for them to chroma key it out! 😁
jamie check the frame by the leaf spring, the frame tend to rust out, they do sell patch panel for this and other problem area, cool jeep the sky the limit, put a Hemi in her
With all the amazing effort you guys put into flashing and sealing in general, what are your plans for where the add-on overhang rafters penetrate the zip board?
Hey I'm just here to say I watch your videos and I want to tell you that I am subscriber. I noticed that TH-cam is unsubscribing me to alot of the channels that I watch. One of which is yours. Also in the likes and watches. So I suggest you ask your fans to see if they are experiencing any of the same issues with their account with you and other channels. I expect a full tour of the jeep after Jamie is done with the restore. "Let Jamie Talk" about what he did! That could be a full video in itself.
OMG YESSS!!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
A full video? Man, I think that’d be a full series itself 😂
And if they were to record the whole, then it’d be a whole new channel 😅
yep let this happen.
Yep, Colin Furze is doing that with his BMW. Would love to see one with the jeep.

A full separate video... definitely interesting.
That barbecue hookup is one of the slickest thing I've ever seen so I'll have 3 cheeseburgers and hold the fries.
The grill off the back of Erik's truck is off the chain!
We need a jeep restoration series with jamies attention to detail it would be cool to see.

Getting there boys you going to have to choose a song to go with the musical this house will be a stunner crack on
Ramel is the best customer! And good luck to Jamie with his Jeep restoration!

Appreciate that
all you need is a good team at work and youll be one happy camper
EZ Trim makes minimal corner trims. Better than relying on caulk which WILL fail in time.
The New Jeep look video should come up soon. Glad to have made it to episode 31. Still waiting for final results from this project. As usual, nice content and building tips.
Gotta love the grill on the back of Erik’s truck. That will keep the boys happy!
Yes it does!

Show us updates on the Jeep please ! Jamie's attention to detail is next to none. Would love to see how he gets that Wrangler back in its prime
These guys are too funny. Be kind to each other. Stay safe. Love to all
Installation isn’t what’s important it’s quality. Just because somethings hard to install doesn’t make it bad.
The countdown to 1 million subscribers begins!
The only good thing about Monday’s is watching Perkins Builder Brothers.

The first clip is exactly why LP Smart Siding is the best product out there. Cement board would shatter trying to reuse it.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication Erik! Your videos are pleasant to watch. And I think you are aging just fine!! Your hair looks good too.
Wow, thank you!

Jamie should do a series on restoring the jeep!
AC/DC described her perfectly, she got the jack!
Those jeep 4.0 are tanks. I've had an XJ for over a decade and I love it.
Thank you Guys, I really enjoy watching you. I've been Watching you guys 4 or 5 Years now And I've always appreciated how you go about it and how much fun you have.
Good good job
Ask Arlo about a peashooter, They are awesome for tight spots and little trim nails for siding!
My grand father used to live in that area, so I love it when you mention the different areas. Great videos and dedication to your craft.
Man, Jaimie is such an inspiration. I'm so glad I found you guys!
"DONT EAT THAT" GOT ME GOOD. LOL. AWESOME VIDEO!
You guys look like you have so much fun. I really wish you lived nearby, I’d want to be friends. Let me know if anyone ever comes to Hawaii.
And I was just about to say, you should record the jeep rebuild. That woulda been cool !!!
Fantastic as usual
Thank you! Cheers!
A great way to wake up this morning. Thanks PBBs crew! 👍👍👍
It is very good that you tell everyone how you do things.
Thanks, Gary
Nice work. Looking forward to seeing Jamie’s jeep
dude that jeep looks SO COOL
I had a '94 Cherokee strait six 4.0 bright RED and I loved that thing. Wish I still had it.
Even the advertisement is exciting!!
Ha ha! Thanks
Love the videos man. Learning all kinds of stuff. Also shout out to Jason. He always makes me laugh.
That is a cool looking jeep! What a steal and fun project

Cool, thanks
I would love a video where you discuss how you do pricing. Thanks for the awesome content guys.
Love the Jeep (I have a Jeep problem) Look at evap canister and roll over check valve for gas leak/smell.
Exactly what I want to watch while having Dinner
Thank you for being an inspiration at work
Love the firing hammer finger extension do-hickey😂
I love it when I see another video is posted as I do enjoy them. Thanks!!!
More to come!
Ah I would have loved to see the jeep restoration!!

I like how you talked a bit about safety with the nailgun right before showing pulling the trigger with the handle of a hammer.
Cool Jeep! Reminds me of the one my buddy had in college that set itself on fire in the parking lot one day
Beautiful work guys looking great as always UK
Thanks! 👍
Just did a screened in porch on the last addition i was working on. But we used painted clear cedar 2×8. Super clean look
Great video Eric. Thanks for your time and for sharing.
1:15 probably too late now, but go the standing seam style metal cladding. Looks so much better than regular corrugated steel.
That's a really cheap and clean 4.0 YJ. Fun fact. Only Keep with the wipers on the glass and square headlights.
Please do a video on these 3 and behind the scenes for Ray. He is quiet lately. Not much of a talkative, but he has got these responses that make him cool.
Great video, as always… but we definitely need to see more of the Jeep!
Jeep was an insane deal.
Would have liked to see board and batten smart side or shakes on some of that house.
B & B nor shakes are my style. I am pleased with my choices for my home. The post and beam entry and catio deck add a touch of rustic to this modern home - a good blend.
Smart side is going to be this generations T111 siding.
Might wanna do a video side project about the Jeep? Would enjoy that.
Ray is my favoirite. If he were not married, i would have set him up with a very good friend of mine. He is so cool. My cute shifu.
Hey Jamie? Dennis Collins from Coffee Walk would be proud of you! 😊😅🤘🇺🇸
Darn, would have loved to have seen Jamie's rebuild of that jeep. Also, you're going to have to house wrap the ZIP WRB for the LP SmartSide crew :) Maybe it'll be easier for them to chroma key it out! 😁
Hey thanks.. we did end up doing some house wrap for the LP folks. Luckily we didn’t have to do the entire house!
Good morning crew!! Loving this build (one of my all-time favorite PBB projects) and appreciate your craftsmanship and the positive vibes!
Thanks Brian! People don’t realize it but positive comments really help us to keep doing what we’re doing!
Kevin embraced his ability to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Good Job guys,
Greetings 🇲🇽
Keep up the great work guys.
Can't wait for the next vid....

Eric, the Jeep should have been another episode! 😮
jamie check the frame by the leaf spring, the frame tend to rust out, they do sell patch panel for this and other problem area, cool jeep the sky the limit, put a Hemi in her
i like your show alot. thanks for making them
Erik, please show us an after video of Jamie's Jeep! I love that it's a manual transmission!
With all the amazing effort you guys put into flashing and sealing in general, what are your plans for where the add-on overhang rafters penetrate the zip board?
Great question…
The roof deck will be spray foamed on the under side and will completely seal around all of those cuts in the zip board.
I’d love to watch Jamie work on the jeep. Jamie’ Jeep series please
Awsome job, I LOVE YOU GUYS !!!!
Thanks MARY!!!!
Just grillin n chillin on the mountain. 👍🏻
Can’t beat it!
I wish somebody would gift you a tracksaw, it would transform bits like the mitre on those boards!
