Good morning TH-cam or shall I say good day to you, I posed a ? On the last video asking about digging out and lining a pond on our property, I've done a lil research and have decided to use bentinite I'm sure I misspelled that. We're taking trees down and I'm looking for an Alaskan saw mill so we can rough cut some decking for low boys and might try to sell all natural black locus fence post and 4x6 beams for garden beds to organic farms that are springing up all around me. I am really grateful I was attracted to these videos Thank you for the knowledge and entertainment you share!!!
I just can't get used to seeing soil with hardly any rocks. Where I live it almost the total reverse of this, so i guess bucket wear is increased times 10 !!!
+Reg Sparkes oh this place is nothing but rock! We are digging dirt to raise a building pad so that footings can be dug since its all surface rock. don't let the video fool you im sitting on a massive slab of rock. I just found one little area where there wasn't any to get dirt haha

+James Crabtree My honest opinion is you can load trucks a little quicker with an Ex than you can with a loader. Maybe that can be the next vid, loading competition between the two?
The ? / concern was that the pond is spring feed from the center and someone used dynamite to "clean it out " about 40 yrs ago and it went from 25 ' deep to 5' I was going to pump out and line w clay but because I'm on a huge sand mound I'll use bentinite .

have you thought about getting a front loader for loading dump trucks
