I did my degree at 33 and have, at 50, just finished my Masters at the same university. If I have done well, I will apply to do a PhD, part-time and via distance learning. Looking forward to picking up tips and advice. 😊
This is how I felt getting my yoga teacher training. My program was incredible, but I transformed into a fuller version of myself when I finally taught a class to my peers. I thought being a yoga teacher would somehow change everything, and it did, but not in the way I thought. I still have downs and imposter syndrome/issues with perfectionism, but I take it all on the nat with me. One of my teachers said, if you don't do the work for yourself, it will transmit in your teaching. The work is just being in the present, with yourself - not fixing anything but seeing more clearly. Rooting for you lady.
Eventhough I am still doing my B.A. (and in a very different system in Germany) this is truly interesting! Thank you very much for sharing, Cinzia. I love listening and watching you talk about your experience and your research. Sometimes it reminds me why I wanted to go to uni in the first place too. 🌞
There was a decade between me graduating from my Masters and starting my PhD (Feb this year), so I totally understand the weirdness! Good luck with your studies!
That's great you're being taken seriously. You have so much more to bring to a PhD than someone who has gone straight from an undergraduate degree to a PhD. I'm glad they are recognising that.
As someone who is planning to go back to do a masters in the future, after more than 10 years after graduation, I really appreciate this. Looking forward to your content about any aspects really. And hope you'll keep enjoying the process.
I wish you the best of luck! I just started my Masters. Nervous and excited. Please keep up your videos, time willing of course. You are very charming.
Im absolutely thrilled for you Chinzia & very excited to tag along vicariously on your journey (the academic world fascinates me).. yes im a frustrated academic lol). Look forward to learning about all aspects from the practical day to day to the deeply theoretical philosophical academical (??) etc.. big smooch to the little one 😘😃🥰
Definitely interested in how to organise your notes and research etc. I've just started my PhD via distance learning too and need to feel more organised xx

Congrats again! I just started a new job and I've been soaking it. I finally feel like I fit in. Also, where did you get your blouse? I agree how zoom has helped in a lot of ways.

I’m so happy for you Cinzia! As a long time follower, it’s wonderful to see you living your dream! Congrats again 🎉🎉🎉

This is awesome! Your journey really motivates me to get back into my research!!
Oh, I'm pretty sure I attend that University as well. What a coincidence that I found your channel last year (my 1st year undergrad) 😅
I'm so excited to follow you through your journey :) Thanks for making this second channel.
Hi! So exciting, good luck and can't wait to hear more about your PhD 😀

So happy that you are feeling at peace and where you are meant to be.
Much good luck, I'm sure things will begin to fall into place after the initial overwhelm

I've not been to uni in about a decade myself, the environment seems so alien and so familiar at the same time!
Definitely interested in how to organise your notes and research etc. I've just started my PhD via distance learning too and need to feel more organised xx
Very exciting! I'm very excited to see you!
Ah so nice to see you in Birmingham :) I miss the UOB campus so much
I'm so happy for you! It's a pity the Airbnb host is trying to ruin your experience but it's bad for them too - losing a possible future client!
So happy for you! What an exciting journey x

That 2 month reading deadline wow
Beautiful campus. Cute Pomeranian
I know that you were quite poorly when you were in uni in your undergraduate. How has it been coming back to campus? Has it affected you at all?
Your facial expressions are interesting and mesmerising
Why would they put you down?
