Since you pick Deckmaster after drawing I wonder if it's worth trying to split attribute 50-50 or something, so you run an all water/wind deck and then just select the attributing boosting deck master from there. Polymerization could put you in a similar situation where if you draw it, or a way towards it (KotS/Sage) and one material you can always deck master the other for early aggression. More interesting format than I first realised.
Man this is already crazy, can't wait to see what happens when we get access to tuners. Heck, this might even make some GX strategies viable in their time
I know that commander is a highlander format, but cards like thunder dragon that need additional copies of itself to do anything could be a small issue for a sealed series. Because any card like that just being pulled means the person who pulled it effectively got one less card from a pack. Would it make sense to try and copy how trinity format handles highlander (ex. Cards that need multiple copies of themselves to properly function can be played at three regardless of the highlander ruleset)?
@@4c3fr3h1y I believe i say in the first episode that like in MTG we consider the card to go to the location its sent to then immediately appear in the command zone and still be able to use its trigger effects. This makes the options of commanders far more wide and interesting
Can't believe Nova doesn't know the majesty that is Morinphen.
I just had the realization of how powerful Hieratics could potentially be in this kind of format
I can't believe Skarlon infinitely refreshed until she got solemn judgment, Sadge

Just found this series and its totally awesome! Are you using some kinda plugin for added readability on DB?
yep! it called duelingbook unlock and it has some settings you need to adjust to not be too intrusive but it makes this awful site a lot more usable

My friends and I built commander decks and I landed on Alpha as my Commander, shit was insane, free link material and a bounce
More content to consume, pog, really enjoying the series ngl
master being an extra summon and tribute is gonna get so broken so fast
Commander Summon Snake-Eye Oak?
For a second I saw the thumbnail and thought you skipped to synchro format. Glad to be wrong.
Would be devastating to ban Skarlon's sangan instead.

I prefer the deckbuilding restriction of not being able to abuse stuff like the free plussing from tdra or spear cretin loop
Commander sangan shouldn't trigger bc it doesn't go to the graveyard.

First? Regardless i think this is a promising series
