In fire power both tanks have same penetration . But newer T90ms it have better penetration power upto 750mm of penetration while vT4 used AFPSD, S which same penetration upto 700-730mm

India still uses 3bm 42 with 500mm penetration and pakistan uses 125mm 2 and 125mm 2m with 600(maybe less) and 630 mm(definantly more than 600) penetration

iaf have only 14 to 15 squardens available against 22 squardens of paf.

So seldom will be a case where China will be able to completely utilize its sqdn strength against india or completely deploy all of them against india only. India also enjoys complete control over all the key passes for China's oil supply routes.
