Thank you so much for posting this very rare take on a brilliant track. This might be my favourite version, if not favourite Cult recording of all time (followed closely by Too Young, Zap City and Love - live at the Hammersmith Odeon in 1985.) Peace!
This is the best version in my opinion. Sounds very much like the one they did for a Janice Long Radio 1 session in 1985 - which funnily enough I was listening to just a few hours ago!!
Awesome, thanks for sharing this. Being American, getting the CULT's material was hard-if not nearly impossible. I was fortunate to have the UK edition of LOVE and the black box(as well as many 12"). Great stuff, again thanks.
Yo tambien...aun mejor questions El original. And for all you English speaker...I think this version is fuller in sound..chunkier...from the sound of Billy's guitar..the riff...and the bass and drums...and ended off with the single chord...I'm going to listen to it again...and again...love it.❤❤❤❤❤
@@kevinhart6344I know exactly what U mean. I just can't pick my favourite version. Maybe this is the best, because I can hear the trepidant and unique style of Nigel... Then I listen to the other version, the one of the B-side... Both are so good!
God this is a miles better version of Arseholes Avenue, a bit more work and that would have been a stand out track for that period. Having heard this i don’t really know why they released the version they did.
@999Cinderwolf UN SONIDO POKO CONHECIDO PERO MUI BUENO PARDONA MIO SPANISH...DARCIO SANTO ANDRE BRASIL....TENHO ASSISTIDO 3 CONCERTOS DE CULT IN BRASIL PERO NUNCA HAI TOCADA ESTE SONIDO...WHAT A PIT;;;;;
@MrDacioss Sorry bro, but I don´t understand almost nothing ´bout your comment (Can speak a little of english, even though?) I know that they will gonna play in Brazil, I hope in México too! Regards! Lo siento hermano, pero casi no pude entender tu comentario, ¿puedes hablar aunque sea un poco en inglés? Sé bien que tocarán en Brasil y espero que lo hagan también en México. Saludos!

Excellent work, simply excellent!
Thank you so much for this. They had so many singles back then. One of my favorites. This, Sunrise and Judith. Still searching for Judith.
