Thank you once again for keeping me company while I try to get through a tedious task. This time it was restarting a dimensions kit and moving the threads to a different holder. Took forever!!! To get through those days without electricity, I would have needed to be on drip with something cold from Starbucks, I think. lol. I wouldn’t have managed otherwise. I would have been sooo sick. Ugh.
Impossible. Starbucks also had no power and was closed. Lol. We had ice, though, so we had cold drinks. We also used melted ice to soak washcloths to help keep cool. Hurricanes are always an adventure! 😬 Dimensions are just too much for me. I don't know how you do it! Lol
Hi Sherry! So nice to see Hecate and Cheeto laying together. Congrats on finishing Femurs and Fungi! The FQS SAL is so cute! I love Beautiful Biomes. What a wonderful piece. So glad all of you are okay after the hurricane and life is returning to normal. We have a move day of 8/14. We have movers coming in who will pack everything up, disassemble anything that needs it, load it, transport it, and reassemble anything they disassembled so "all" we have to do is unpack. They will put the boxes in the respective rooms. I am excited to be in a home again instead of an apartment with people dropping stuff on the ceiling at all hours and loud music way past curfew (not that I am asleep but it does bother Walter). Sick of this complex changing the rules all the time. The town we are moving to is Temple, general southwest area. They have gotten ridiculous. I so enjoy your floss tubes and feel like I am catching up with a friend. Hope you have a fabulous week with the zoo providing lots of laughs. Dawn
Yay!!! I'm so happy you'll get to move soon! How exciting! I'm jealous. I'd love to leave this place. Unfortunately, this is where I'm stuck, for now. I'm glad you'll have the moving crew to help. That takes a load of work off of you. I admit, I'm really loving the Beautiful Biomes. I'm always excited to see what's next. The FQS Halloween SALs are usually a fun little stitch. I always just use whatever I have in stash, and they're usually quick and easy. I know Temple. My husband goes there for work pretty often. It's nicer than where we live. 🤣 I'm so glad you're getting out of the apartment. I've lived in an apartment before. It just sucks. In recent years, they've gotten pretty expensive, too. I'm so excited for you! I can't wait to hear all about it! Of course, we're friends! ❤️
