Cantilever Pool Deck

We put up cantilever forms on the pool, and bendable forms on the outside. We wheelbarrowd the concrete around the pool and placed it. There's some videos of us doing the curved edges. There's a time lapse of us finishing the concrete. We made a homemade raft to finish the inside of the pool. We sealed it, and it looked awesome

What's the reason that sometimes only like a 2' wide pool deck around a pool and then pouring the rest of the deck in a separate pour?

It's cheaper for the home owner sometimes. Or it's so they can use it sooner. In this case it's because we came back and put flagstone around the deck
