Sir thank you for your video ! My question is if by regular practise if i increase my hold time from 7sec to 10 sec and then to 15 sec and then 5 sec rest and repeat hold again till i exhaust completely ,will this ensure strength and muscular hypertrophy ?
Hi, we tested it, and it's quite demanding to hold the iso contraction for that long in this position. You can eventually choose your own protocol according to your reasoning. The videos are recommendations.
