Lawson under performed on the tyre test, no ? did marko not say he needed more time to develop before joining the senior team.
Lawson isn't going to Redbull, he's heading to RB for the next few years, and yes, if they remove Checo, it will be Dan having his seat, Lawson needs time before moving into the RB20, and Yuki won't as he's a paid driver from Honda.
Daniel would be used to develop the RB-20, RB-21 & Possibly RB-22 cars (ie in to the new regulations)
Then when DR retires he will leave behind the best possible car for Lawson & Yuki to dominate in
Ricciardo is finished accept it
Yuki is leaving with honda

Replacing Perez with ricardo is not a great move .
Everyone is talking as if Liam lawson has actually done something 😂. He failed miserably in the testing and did nothing to help himself.
Clearly the best driver rb has (not counting max) is tsunoda. One might think ricciardo might be a better fit for the senior team believing that he needs the to be in a top team to perform. But I don’t see no proof for that. Will he better than Perez? Yes, almost everybody in the grid is better than Perez at the moment. Also I don’t see the hype for Lawson? He was nothing special last year. He may be good but he isn’t a top level talent atm.
If max leaves ,which looks likley ,they need a front runner not a decling driver .
And Ricciardo is relevant how? Last time he was relevant was last time he was at Red Bull. He just takes too long to get used to a car if ever.

That’s not true, he had a great 2020 season and had a win in Monza in 2021, also he’s been on solid form ever since China, you clearly don’t know what your talking about
What I remember from Riciardo is him either crashing or his car failing almost every race years ago.

The results of Lawson in RB 20 was a dissaster...not the Same to be better than Ricciardo in visa cass ap than in an RB 20.....bye, Lian Lawson.
A rumoured 0.2 to max's time on academy tyres is still faster than Checo
I think they should give Danny Rick 3 races to see if he can get a podium. If he doesn’t then he retires and doesn’t get a contract. This will give RB best chance for constructors championship. Perez can race RB for those 3 races. Under RB contracts they can move their drivers between the Teams beside Max.
Awful solution, if they give Ricc the seat, it will be for the rest of the year, Not 3 races 😂. He would need some time to jell with the car
