Yes, I understand that I have I have the authority to drive the thief (sickness) out of the temple (my body) - but how, in practice, do i do this?

I have the authority still but, at least in your example, I’d need to GO to the judge and ask him to either remove the thief and/or retrieve my goods?
Otherwise, I’m going to need to address that thief, say to him, “hey, get out and give those back”. If he refuses, then I’d have to do that by force. And if he’s bigger and meaner than I am……?
So, back to Christian example, say an ailment has come into my temple. It doesn’t HAVE the authority to be there and take my health. True. But if I tell it that and command it to leave but it refuses to budge!!?? What do I do then?
A policeman has imputed authority but if a criminal challenges that authority and refuses to comply? That officer could physically overpower them (if able), tazer them or even shoot them if needs be. their authority is backed up by POWER.
Back to our ailment in the temple - in the spiritual world, does our “authority”, although it’s imputed, also contain the power because of Jesus’ victory? And if so, what does it look like, and how do we use it?
In Matthew 21:35-39 the tenant farmers killed the farmers don who was recognised heir, therefore with the authority?
