- Viewers wanted to check news about screen with huge cat, so I decided to rewalk Shinjuku at night once more.
I started at sunset on the western side of the station, walked at Kabujicho area, which is also known as Kamurocho by Yakuza games.
Then crossed JR line and walked at Omoideyokocho. Walked to the south of the station and directed to Shinjuku Central Park passing Tokyo Metropolitan government twin towers.
After the park climbed down to underground and walked to Shinjuku line station.

@@NikoleMcDonaldJonesSpooni I was supposed to get a working holiday visa for Japan in April 2020, then in January 2021 when they reopened the borders for long-term visas. Both time, the pandemic decided to cancel my plans. So I'm just sitting here, waiting for the time I can finally go, travelling through YT videos in the meanwhile^^

i just might move here from Sweden after this video. I totally agree with you, just gotta finish my IT education and work remotely haha. My father was in Tokyo just 1 month before covid and said that it's like nothing he has ever seen and he has been in London, Paris, Croatia, Italy, Prague, NYC, Miami, Atlanta, Germany, Portugal, Lebanon etc and he said this is the most incredible city in the world.

I enjoy watching these videos of Shinjuku as it brings back happy memories of when I visited almost 3 years ago now, and I'm glad that I got to visit when I did, before this pandemic started because it also brings a tinge of sadness too, knowing that I won't be able to see those places in person again for the moment, if ever, no matter how much I want to return. I really hope there will come a time when international travel goes back to normal and we can visit Japan again. Until then, I'll keep enjoying these videos as much as possible.

Really wish Japan would recognize service dogs that assist with mental illness. Haven't been back to Tokyo since I got my service dog 4 years ago. Before my dog I'd been to Tokyo every year since 2010. Thank you for uploading these quality videos, helps with the strong longing to be back there some day.

What I love about Japan is how clean it is. Barely any trash, if at all. They rather build around nature than remove it. Alleyways are clean and well lit and even look cozy most of the time. The people are so well mannered. They see someone walking around with a camera and nobody is making weird faces, or waving or doing something silly. All the loud sounds in the cities (the electronics, the music etc) are so normal there and pretty foreign to me. I couldn't imagine trying to go to sleep at night with all that noise.

I can't wait for Rambalac's 2021 Halloween walk! Every year he makes a 4k walk video showing people in costume. Very fun atmosphere. Last year's video was full of policemen warning people of covid 19 haha

View of clean streets and nice lights. At first glance, everything is fine. But, people in covered faces, without identities, accustomed to pathology, do not notice how it has grown into their society and has become the norm.

Tokyo! What a Gorgeous City! I was there many years ago and by looking these videos they bring back great memories, maybe some day I will go back.
