Yes, you are right i take this from a Reddit post for everybody who wants to know more about: "This started in SF2 Originally developed in Japan, the ntsc version had final 4 bosses in order of MBison (being balrog), Balrog( Vega) Sagat as himself and finally Vega (being MBison) Due to growth n demand for sf in Us markets & beyond - Change was decided to avoid issues with legal issues regarding Mike Tyson n Copyright etc -as Balrog was made based on Tyson. So to those markets the names changed to become "as we know them today , Balrog, Vega, Sagat, MBison.
