I just caught a Gligar with 4/15/15 during this event, finally got one with good enough PvP IVs. Only needs 2 level ups too.
good to see a dewgong showcase. It seems like a interesting pokemon to use ever since the icy wind buff, but because I'm a new player two elite TMs for one pokemon that isn't top meta seem like I might regret it.
I'm still looking for a good Gligar . Also trying to collect licki's to trade for XL's. The grind continues!
