    I have been meditating for twenty something days for 30 min, today I completed the 1 hour meditation session, and the moment he said in the final minute here let your mind do whatever it wants, i said to myself you completed 1 hour you deserve a round of applause, and i pictured milions of brain cells clapping in joy and that was the funniest moment i had in this practice, and made me realise how crazy my mind is.

      Hi I want to ask you a question since you sound like you have been meditating for years, how is wealth in your life ? Like earnings and money in your life. I’m asking you this question because I’m a Hindu girl and my Vedic astrologer who has made lot of accurate predictions in his life told me not to meditate during day time and only meditate in night time as meditating during day time will make you poor . It’s some astrology related things. Hope you’ll answer I’d really appreciate it thank you

    What a gem of a meditation this is. No frills, no music, no commercial messaging. Just sitting, with a pleasant and reassuring voice that guides us through. Thank you very much for this. I will be back.

    I have just done this meditation and absolutely loved it. I have never meditated for an hour before and am so pleased with myself and you. I plan to do this every evening now in the hope that it will help my anxiety... thank you so much, I'm glad I found it.

      Cant believe the hour went by so quick. I was tired so I was dropping off at the beginning. I was going to finish but realised I had actually done 45 mins so decided to carry onto the end as I was pleasantly surprised I had done so much.

    This is the first time I was able to do an hour meditation. I had never thought I could do an hour of meditation with my anxiety and panic attacks during meditation. Thanks for your gentle voice, the silence and no ads in between the hour long meditation. I'll try to attempt 90 minutes and 2 hrs meditation sometime. Your channel is a hit. I've recommended it to a lot of my friends. Thank you!!!

    On Friday, July 7th, 2023, at 7:00 PM, I started a one-hour meditation session for the first time. To my surprise, I discovered the abundance of thoughts wondering in my mind and the extent to which I was harshly judging myself. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have found your guided meditation

    Such a simple yet profound meditation. In fact it is so simple it leaves space for your true awareness to realy explre and observe what's going on within the mind space. My personal progress is very slow and subtle but it feels like I'm becoming more aware of my true awareness. The part of me that's always there watching in the background if that makes sence. I love his calming voice.

    Can you do a one hour and two hour yoga Nidra in your style? All the ones on you tube have music and to much useless talking and visualization. Your meditations are hands down the best, and my favorite on TH-cam. Minimal talking, no music and straight to the point. Thanks.

    After half an hour of this I get sleepy. Although I find the more I do this the less sleepy I get and the more able I am to focus on my awareness...After a few weeks of doing this I feel far less anxious and more at ease; Babies don't sleep this well !

    Did it without any breakfast this morning, but felt like doing a lot of stretches seated while feeling my hunger pangs and a small aching feeling on the right side of my head, but after 1hr of this my head felt a bit weird. Its helped my feeling of hunger and my head feels not as bad, different from my usual 10m of mindfulness meditation. Will try to remember to do some yoga or breakfast beforehand to see if it makes the meditation more tolerable for myself.

    Great video and a great practice. 30 min sometimes feels too effortless for me (in a good way) so this hour video gives me an opportunity to stretch that out. I only made it 42 min in this first time around but I think its because I had too much energy from eating right before sitting down. Definitely will work back up to doing this video again soon, its really a gem

    Found this one very difficult mainly due to the seated yogi position I took. My back and the weight on my feet was aching throughout, my mind was constantly thinking about the pain I was in! Wondering if anybody else experienced this? I noticed the 45 min meditation flew by when I sat with back support. This seriously felt like hours!

    • @DeclutterTheMind
      @DeclutterTheMind  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Feel free to scratch :) Meditating isn't about sitting perfectly still. However, we also don’t want to act impulsively to every sensation and itch. When you do move or scratch, do it with your full awareness. Be mindful when responding to sensations.
