I think the director of the orphanage needs to bear full responsibility for this case. Including the costs of the lawsuit, if Bubu is found to lose. We need officer Polo to testify in court. Bubu and Dudu went to him to make sure that nobody had reported a missing child. If he couldn't find anyone who reported a missing child, that means this guy claiming to have adopted her wasn't really searching for her. The first place he would have gone if he was really trying to find her, should have been to the police. He also says that he adopted her because his wife can't have a baby, but where is the wife? Shouldn't she be in court with him? The judge needs to demand to speak to the wife. I don't think he has a wife, and that would cause his case to fall apart. Mishi has parents, a brother and sister, grandparents, a nice house, and now, a nice school, with Bubu and Dudu. What kind of home is this guy offering her? Why isn't anyone asking this?

according to my opinion as lawyer, 1st, Dudu lawyer must make the confirmation thats;
1) if true or not the person have wife and don't have child... maybe the lawyer must make a investigation with help of Officer Polo to do some investigating or find information about the Man...
cause, he maybe liar and want to make Mishi as begger...
2) yes, both adopted are legal, BUT Dudu lawyer can take the explanation from Balu, Principal of Mishi Orphanage place, and Polo as witnesses cause Bubu/Balu found Mishi at their stall... so they can claim it as "negligence"...
3) they (Bubu Dudu Lawyer) also can claim the Man as "careless" cause let the minor children go around without permission/adult supervision... the Man also didn't make any reports regarding Mishi lost before this, right?
