This is out of other hacks I have tried before and I humbly hope someone can report back here if it works. 1. While relaxing, listen to this as you do some breathwork. Lying on the back I found works for me but even the lotus position and any other that works for you is a great choice. After you are fully relaxed, Bring your attention to both ears and imaging a point inside your head that midway between your ears that magnifies the sound. In your mind's eye, move the sound from one ear to the other passing through the midway point where it gets loudest as it moves to the other ear. Do this back and forth for some time. I believe it will make you feel great and most notably, improve your memory and clarity of thought. 2. For miracles, do breathwork first. when fully relaxed, in your mind's eye imagine this sound merging with light that originates from the midway point above to become a sound-light union. Expand that sound-light to consume everything and everyone. Feel the love and let go of every negative thought burdening you. Ask all to forgive you and forgive all. In that union become everything there's and everyone there's and in that awareness-release your wish to this oneness trusting that the version of you that has it has become the active one now. I love you all and I witness that you are one. You are complete and you are love. You are perfect and by my witness so it is your witness for me because it is for you.
I feel obliged to say this here because it's the only way I think it happened coupled with other things. I am still trying to figure out who sent me 1000USD. I believe in miracles because I have seen them. One little thing I have learned however is, miracles are not performed by you, rather miracles happen when you experience a union of all minds with yours, and in that instance, you become all-knowing, with all that there is in LOVE. I can't believe that this channel doesn't have more subscribers... this is the best channel that I have found for binaural beats. There are so many channels that claim to make binaural beats, but in actuality, they are NOT actually binaural beats... they're just music or sonically interesting sounds that are not splitting the frequencies in stereo in order to produce the binaural beat to happen as a result of pairs of frequencies that are close in pitch and hard panned left and right, so there's no actual beat that is triggered and heard in the brain/consciousness/being-ness... I went through at least 100+ videos that claimed to be binaural beats and 97% were not at all!!! I actually made some comments to explain exactly what binaural beats are on some of those videos and I got attacked and berated because of it. Granted after going through so many of them I was frustrated and annoyed, so my state of mind when I wrote some of them certainly came through in my writing and I wasn't proud of that, but after going back and reading them it was clear that I wasn't attacking or belittling or passing any form of critical judgment upon the makers of those videos, it just sounded like the person that wrote it was annoyed and I did make a point to emphasize that it sounded cool and was relaxing, but I could see how the people that put the time, effort and care into making those videos could take it the wrong way and possibly take it personally. I ended up apologizing and asking to excuse and forgive my comments, explaining exactly what and why I was frustrated and annoyed and felt the need to explain binaural beats. Not everyone responded with understanding, overstanding nor innerstanding, but I did what I could. Anyways, thank you for your videos. I love and appreciate them. It's crazy cause if you focus and allow yourself to relax extremely deep, you can hear this tone naturally in your ear. No videos, no headphones, just the earth's healing frequency begging to be let in. I was shook the first time, but I no longer hear this frequency but one more ethereal in the back on my head and it's so hard to focus to hear unless I yawn lol

I am a new subscriber and glad I did. I have used other binaural tones for memory, focus, and cognitive issues with success. I have had many physical issues, but non as persistent and progressive as my lower back. About 35 years ago, I injured my back at the gym. Since then, I have seen many orthopedic doctors, chiropractors, and some so-called specialty doctors. Orthopedics want to cut you open, chiropractors make it worse with manipulation, and specialty doctors, if they're going to call themselves, I wouldn't recommend them. I recently started seeing a pain management doctor and had steroid injections that gave me 70% relief; however, if the Binaural tone 528Hz can replace the need for these injections, I will be one happy human being.

Try buying a inversion table. I have back and hip problems from motorcycle accident and had to retire early at 57 and no adjustment helped, so my young chiropractor I worked with there at Chiropractic clinic ( I was X-ray tech) told me to go buy one and I run on beach barefoot and after I come home I get on it 5 to 10 min. It feels so good. They are around 100.00. And I am 68 today. Best thing I ever did is buy this. Stopped all my sciatic nerve problems down my legs, too. It realigns your body.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but isn't this Binaural beat frequencies? The diagram show 528hz on both left & right stereo headphones. The way binaural works is that when there's an offset of frequency on the left & right side the brain tunes into the difference between the two frequencies giving you your focal (actual frequency). Eg. If my right is 10hz and my left is 12hz so my focal frequency is 2 Hz. So if both of these are playing the same isn't it mono? I'm not sure how the pan works.

There are so many channels that claim to make binaural beats, but in actuality, they are NOT actually binaural beats... they're just music or sonically interesting sounds that are not splitting the frequencies in stereo in order to produce the binaural beat to happen as a result of pairs of frequencies that are close in pitch and hard panned left and right, so there's no actual beat that is triggered and heard in the brain/consciousness/being-ness... I went through at least 100+ videos that claimed to be binaural beats and 97% were not at all!!!
I actually made some comments to explain exactly what binaural beats are on some of those videos and I got attacked and berated because of it. Granted after going through so many of them I was frustrated and annoyed, so my state of mind when I wrote some of them certainly came through in my writing and I wasn't proud of that, but after going back and reading them it was clear that I wasn't attacking or belittling or passing any form of critical judgment upon the makers of those videos, it just sounded like the person that wrote it was annoyed and I did make a point to emphasize that it sounded cool and was relaxing, but I could see how the people that put the time, effort and care into making those videos could take it the wrong way and possibly take it personally. I ended up apologizing and asking to excuse and forgive my comments, explaining exactly what and why I was frustrated and annoyed and felt the need to explain binaural beats. Not everyone responded with understanding, overstanding nor innerstanding, but I did what I could.
Anyways, thank you for your videos. I love and appreciate them. I wish you the success you deserve and I wish you well.

It's crazy cause if you focus and allow yourself to relax extremely deep, you can hear this tone naturally in your ear. No videos, no headphones, just the earth's healing frequency begging to be let in. I was shook the first time, but I no longer hear this frequency but one more ethereal in the back on my head and it's so hard to focus to hear unless I yawn lol

I am a new subscriber and glad I did. I have used other binaural tones for memory, focus, and cognitive issues with success. I have had many physical issues, but non as persistent and progressive as my lower back. About 35 years ago, I injured my back at the gym. Since then, I have seen many orthopedic doctors, chiropractors, and some so-called specialty doctors. Orthopedics want to cut you open, chiropractors make it worse with manipulation, and specialty doctors, if they're going to call themselves, I wouldn't recommend them. I recently started seeing a pain management doctor and had steroid injections that gave me 70% relief; however, if the Binaural tone 528Hz can replace the need for these injections, I will be one happy human being.
If you haven't already please read the book - Healing Back Pain: The Mind-Body Connection. I had back pain for many years and this book helped by far the most.

Try buying a inversion table. I have back and hip problems from motorcycle accident and had to retire early at 57 and no adjustment helped, so my young chiropractor I worked with there at Chiropractic clinic ( I was X-ray tech) told me to go buy one and I run on beach barefoot and after I come home I get on it 5 to 10 min. It feels so good. They are around 100.00. And I am 68 today. Best thing I ever did is buy this. Stopped all my sciatic nerve problems down my legs, too. It realigns your body.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but isn't this Binaural beat frequencies? The diagram show 528hz on both left & right stereo headphones. The way binaural works is that when there's an offset of frequency on the left & right side the brain tunes into the difference between the two frequencies giving you your focal (actual frequency). Eg. If my right is 10hz and my left is 12hz so my focal frequency is 2 Hz. So if both of these are playing the same isn't it mono? I'm not sure how the pan works.
