FYI Joan Rivers did not die from a face lift. Based on what I have read, when she was 81 years old had minor endoscopic throat surgery due to a hoarse voice. Somehow another doctor, who was actually her Ear, Nose & Throat doctor, was allowed into surgery but was not supposed to be present nor perform any procedures. Still she did perform a transnasal laryngoscopy to look at her throat and vocal box. During this procedure and an upper endoscopy, the actual planned procedure, there were complications with her blood pressure and vital signs that were not properly dealt with leading to lack of oxygen and ultimately brain damage. Her daughter sued for medical negligence.
Poor guy can 't even breathe out of that pinched and botched nose. Sounds like he has a horrible cold. I feel sorry for him because he doesn't look like the human Ken doll, he doesn't even look human. He seems like a very sweet person but his life seems to be only about his looks. I hope he was telling the truth when he said he is able to feel more comfortable with himself now than he used to. As to his coping abilities., as you said, a great many of us experience terrible things., but equally true is that both ourselves and our experiences are all unique. What one person may persevere through, may leave permanent psychiatric scars on another. I see his alterations as his tears and for that reason I feel compassion. Happy holidays to you too!:)
