Yes they’re. Honestly the prices are wilding!!! You can get these kind of buildings at lower prices in other provinces though. It’s just this city that makes everything expensive.

Thank you 💕. Honestly it was fun at first then it became hard (unlearning and learning new things) and then I started missing home. It’s just different phases. The beginning is always hard but it gets better, you’ll need to find your Community and gradually make it home. But overall Canada is a country where your future is very predictable. If you put in the work you’ll get ROI. I’m not close to settling down completely but it’s a journey. You’ll be fine.
