This guy's video on how to do this specific art... Is hands down the best video out there... Cause he literally explains the entire process... I mean everything... After watching the video I decided to do a picture of .. Spock from star trek.. And I did the drawing probably in 20 minutes .. I've never attended no type of school for art but I've been a graffiti artist my entire life... So I added a little bit of my graffiti and I basically did and applied everything this guy says to Do... Shockingly enough everybody that I see in the picture knew exactly who it was before I even told them who it was trying to be... So if you're into this type of art I guarantee you you will learn More from this guy right here than you would anybody else... And I mean no disrespect any other artist... But this guy definitely explains this art style the best...
I'm watching this video now. Love your work, extremely talented. I have your book. Haven't gone through it yet, bits and pieces. Very informative. I'd love to master the caricature style, like you. I know it's difficult to teach to someone. I practice a lot when I get the chance. Thank you, Tom, for this video and the tour. I'm a big MAD fan, have been for years. I just recently mounted every issue for display - I have them all - on the walls in my music room. Love the MAD magazine cover art.

Excellent Video! Thank you for the studio tour and the demonstration. I loved both! I l bought your book years ago and I think it is most outstanding! Your the best Tom! Thanks again for your time to make these videos for us!
GREAT TOUR TOM! I’m a new subscriber but an old fan! I love how you include the Lovely Anna in your TH-cam videos! It definitely brings class to the production. Answering the comments during your drawing is a great idea & helps me concentrate on both your process and mindset. Personal information and history of your life and career is the cherry on the cake also, well done!
Thanks to show your Studio, my favorite hero is BATMAN!!! I Love the way you draw fingers and you know that's, in general, the most difficult feature and for Slash fit perfectly your style. A big hug from Brazil, The very best regards, Nicola Sena, The Magician and Harmonica Player
i´ve always wanted to learn to draw caricatures, since 2017 i am making my first caricatures but i don´t like yet, even the customer likes and fun with it, i want improve and get looks more profesional like .
At amusement parks, I see caricature artists use markers and chalk pastels to color their caricature pictures for their clients. Do you use colors for your caricatures or do you mostly draw black and white work. What do you recommend for coloring mediums for your students?
Just bought your book (mad art of charicature) amazing book! I'm just starting my journey. How long roughly did you spend on a single sketch /portrait when you first started out? I feel I'm rushing and missing the point. The video is very insightful in its self thank you for taking the time. Totally agree on the training wheels!
This guy is one of my heros!!!! Love this man's art! Brilliant

Hi Tom!
So Tom, is that the original bust from the 60s show?
It's a replica of the one from the TV show, yes.
Are you by any chance a Batman fan🤔
Man, the intro feels like I'm being strangled.
Body by gabagool!! Hahaha
