I'm from Santiago, Chile. We have a lot of earthquakes. Three months ago, we had a 7.1 in northern Chile and nobody died (One person died, but because of a heart attack). Today we had 10 small earthquakes (from 4.0 to 4.9) and it's not that bad as it sounds, constructions need to follow strict laws to prevent accidents. In fact, here is common that we try to guess the scale just by feeling it.
I just wanted to say thank you for this video I love how you do little diagrams to explain as that is what helps me remember! Got my geography paper 1 exam in an hour 😅
In my school, we compared the Amatrice (in Italy) earthquake (HIC ) with the Ghorka Nepal one (LIC), would you be able to compare them please, or maybe do a separate video for Amatrice?
thaank you so much for the video! i was just wondering how do i structure a nine marker that could come up asking me to compare the impacts of a natural hazard between and lic and hic. would i just chuck in my facts from each earthquake and compare the numbers?
this is my favourite geography channel, i have my mocks in 2 days and i just found this channel, thank you very much for the videos :)

Wow - thats incredible, here in England we never really feel any although they happen everyday they are very little and unable to feel them.
For a small content creator your production quality is top notch
That’s very kind of you to say so 👍🏼
