Thats Awesome. I raised a lot of birds back in my day. Most of them have a big heart. The wild turkeys though! The Tom chased me and spurred me every time I went into the barn yard. I think I was only 12 then. But man I had fun with that bird. lol
@@JimmyLuffjr yeah this was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us as they were orphaned in our backyard. They have sense found other black, bellied, whistling ducks, and I believe have flown south to South America for the winter we have not seen them in a month and a half
@@Liberty_Ranch They are much bigger now. They are outside at night in their house. Its to hot durning the day for them to be out all day. If they fly away I’m good with that and if they stay I’m cool with that too. They’re awesome to have around.
@@STIFFRIDES they might not follow you around like they do now, but they will see their area as their safe place. When we let our ducks free range, they don’t wander too far from their coop. Now if there’s water nearby, that might be a different story! lol

Fun stuff, they are so cute!!
@@Motoramblings A lot of work but they are awesome.
They’re getting big! Are you going to eventually release them or keep them as pets?

@@STIFFRIDES thats great! It’ll be interesting to see what they decide to do
@@Liberty_Ranch they are definitely extremely attached to us, but I’ve heard that gets less and less as they get older?
