      two ideas
      1 _next time you play on this piano give us a head overview and dim the light a little , that will give greater focus on the hands
      2_ each time the piece changes , change the color of the columns to better suit the theme of the piece
      keep it up

I recently discovered Chopin's Ocean Étude, and I found a spot to put it: Right when you finish Too Late, you could play half of the Ocean Étude, and halfway through when it seems like it starts again, you could go right into Mozart Sonata In C Major! But nevertheless, this medley is epic!

    AHOY, was finnaly able to listen to this masterpiece. Was on the road until now.
    This was astonishing. Awesome layout, configuration.
    Loved the Prelude and Fugue over there, one of my favourites, as well as the second Bach Prelude you played (could almost hear a violin in the background playing Ave Maria). I see you also played the Sonata Facile (I'm holding a grudge against that one, but I loved the fact that you played three times slower than the original piece (maybe that's why I hate it, I just can't play it as full speed, but I can play it like you did).
    That "tattoo" though 😂 and them arms 😂

    C-Minor is bae
    Btw. The transition from Beethoven Virus too Beethovens Pathetique was epic. I don't like the eclecticism which followed afterwards, cuz it cutting away half the piece made it a bit awkward, but it is a medley, to be fair.
    Ugh, and those emotions from listening to this piece again were overwhelming.
    My music teacher showed us this piece during highschool and along with Brahms Rhapsody in E-Flat Major, it's one of the pieces which gently pushed me into the direction of listening to artistic music (better than listening to none at all, like I've done before).
    Thanks for featuring this piece in your medley!
    And I love it when you do a base drop from the first prelude of Bachs Wohl temperiertes Klavier Buch Eins to Chopins Waterfall Etude.

    • @MusicalBasics
      @MusicalBasics  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Im glad. Yeah, i kinda had to mix and match parts of the song but its one of my favorite pieces of all time! ❤️ too bad it doesnt get as much attention as its more popular 3rd mvmt.

    • @Zula_The_Squid
      @Zula_The_Squid 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@MusicalBasics No prob, it's a medley after all. You kinda had to manage to transition between the pieces without making the single segments too long. Wouldn't be appealing otherwise. It was just a little awkward, it's not bad. And other than that, this is a great medley (like always)! And the emotions were there, so it was worth including it.
      -------------
      The first movement is so full of dynamic changes, of inspiration and surprises, it's far too underrated.
      But the best part of this sonata is the second movement imao.
      It must be amongst the purest pieces ever written.
      Sorry, I'm not sophisticated enough yet to describe any further why I love the second movement so much 🙈
      It sucks to have no musical education.
