At first I thought it was way overpriced, but then I heard about those deer tracks as they have to be worth at least $100,000.

Yes, but I’m sure it’s negotiable. A non-lakeside site was about $30k, and this has a road and building site. I’d consider it at under $200k

Very overpriced folks. Yes beautiful, but Solar as your power source. Rocky reed frontage. At half this price a maybe. Just a shame how these past 3 yrs have inflated every property in this state (and beyond)
