Very very good topic , it’s a bitter fact that when you come out of university you haven’t developed any skills and confidence to move into the practical life, I had always been a very bright student but when moved to Uk I tried to find job here, I had to learn and get certificates and skills from here
But my confidence for giving an interview was almost nill
I had to start from zero

Let me tell you one thing, we should talk about government job interviews here. Because the private sector just wastes the time in the name of the interview. They will call you, take an interview, they will reject you only on the basis of your present high salary at the end because candidates will definitely demand a higher salary. They do not bother about talent and experiences. The private sector in Pakistan is totally rubbish. Their HR managers and officers are just puppets and decoration pieces.
The private sector has no system. THE Government HR system is commendable.

Bhai actually main baat yeh hai Kay hamaray log practically itnay strong nahi hain na School main kuch practical skills sikhaye jaatien hain na college main na university level par skills sikhayi jati hain.
Education System Pakistan ka flop hai 2021 aa gaya hai dunya kahan puhunch chuki hai aur hum ab bhi pathar kay zamaanay main rehtay hain bas ratta system hota hai practicals bhi nahi karwaty.
Nujawaanon ko skills to sikhate hi nahi aur jab university say woh par kar nikaltay hain to kuch nahi ataa.
