  • A rock planting is not just putting trees on a rock put is trying to create a scenario that will transmit to the observers sensations and the research of the natural Beauty. I was projecting this Idea for more than one year trying to find the right materials and the right person to create the rock i had in mind. My goal was to create an extreme vertical piece with twisted scots pines. I got the trees from extreme bonsai nursery in spain and Ruben Bouwmeester from Holland create the rock for me . Collaboration for such big projects is always the key for success ... my students : William , Matteo and Ferdinando with their hard work contribuite to the project. Now you can enjoy all the process on this video and we hope you Like it !!!

Complimenti Mauro!

Hello Mauro. I always watch your work with admiration. Thank you so much. I have a question, is the pine getting too much shock after transplanting, partially removing the needles and applying wire?
