Hey, thanks for playing my game! (Sweater: Trouble in Cottonvale) It was very fun to hear your opinions on the game and the feedback really helps me improve. Great video!
You're right, I've gotten a bit lazy with title graphics haha. If you're ever feeling particularly bored and/or haven't found it yet: Lost in Lampyrid Fog actually has about as much secret content as regular. Also: I'm making a mobile port of Warper with lots of new content and just rewatched your playthrough of it from back then. Your feedback is still valuable years later, thank you!
Cheers! Yeah, I finished Lost in Lampyrid Fog recently, but upon thinking back that I found a few doodads that didn't seem critical for the ending, I assume that they must've been for some sort of secret ending, likely to build a bridge in that one room for each found. I'll get to that when I can, and glad to hear that my feedback is proving useful!
Hey I'm glad you got to play, and even ranked my game into your top 10! (The Terror of Mongolia). Thank you for all the feedback, it does give me new insight. And no, I did not make the thumbnail intentionally bad. I was pretty much thinking I did a fine job at it! I was curious, you do this Newgrounds review every month, right? Do you somehow have access to the monthly voting? Or do you happen to land an entry in the top every month 😁? (and if so, which's your entry? )
Cheers! And sorry for the burn on the thumbnail, haha: maybe if the title was a bit more boldly outlined and the gameplay elements arranged a bit more neatly, I would've been fine with it! And the game made up for any bad first impressions with that cool intro anyway, so all's good. When it comes to getting access to the monthly judging, I've never had a problem in getting the email from P-Bot with the link: they do say its a private voting panel, but I'm not aware of the criteria (for all I knew, it was accessible to everyone with an account!) I've always tried to play the games directly from the Featured list anyway just in case I can't get access to voting. I unfortunately haven't had any entries for myself in awhile: been pursuing some other hobbies, but I'm starting to get that game dev itch again so it might not be too long from now!
@@futurecoplgfInteresting. Newgrounds must have made you a VIP, unbeknownst to you! I only get into the private voting if I manage to get a featured game or land a daily ranking. Well if you do get back into gamedev, good luck!
